[Service Personnel]
1. Our standard itinerary usually provides one Chinese-speaking driver and one English-speaking guide. For a guide speaking a less common language, please contact customer service for adjustments.
2. The guide's accompaniment time and the driver's chartered time are both 8 hours. The entire itinerary usually ends in approximately 8 hours. If the guide and driver's service exceeds the allotted time (more than half an hour) due to the client's personal reasons and needs, an overtime fee of $30/hour will be charged.
[Vehicle Type Description]
1. This itinerary offers various vehicle types (standard 5-seater family car, commercial vehicle, SUV, minibus, mid-sized bus, large bus). The vehicles shown on the details page are representative; a vehicle of the same class will be arranged for the actual trip.
2. Regarding vehicle configuration: 1-3 people will be accommodated in a 5-seater sedan; 4 or 5 people in a 7-seater vehicle; 6 or 7 people in a 9-seater vehicle; 8-10 people in a 15-seater vehicle. For special vehicle needs, please contact customer service for adjustments.
