Extremely satisfied! Driver Zhang Kun deserves high praise! His service throughout the trip was exceptionally thoughtful and considerate; he was kind and genuine. He thoughtfully provided bottled water upon boarding, and on the return trip, he even bought us a sweet, large watermelon – a truly heartwarming gesture. His driving was smooth, and the route was well-planned, making the trip with elderly people and children a comfortable one. Anyone needing a chartered car for the Beijing Wildlife Park can confidently choose him!★

The driver arrived on time. We initially couldn't find the agreed-upon pick-up point, so he drove to it. We couldn't find it, and he drove around several times looking for us. We felt embarrassed, as we're not very familiar with many roads in Beijing, and the subway signs and exits weren't very clear. The directions we got from strangers were also incorrect. However, we still arrived on time. The agreed-upon departure time in the afternoon was also on time. There was no smell of smoke or other odors in the car. Our young child was quite noisy, but the driver wasn't impatient. Overall, a positive review. If you're planning to go to Beiye, this is a good option; the price is very reasonable.★

It was a great opportunity to get a good view of the Temple of Heaven, the symbol of Beijing. Since it was a weekday, there were fewer people than I expected, so I was able to look around thoroughly. It was nice having a combined ticket that allowed me to see all the major buildings, such as the Hall of Prayer for Good Harvests.★

Melonie was amazing, no complaints at all. Even though the weather was not ideal, she kept her cool, and was very nice to everyone. The meeting point was easy to find, she sent very thoughtful instructions on WhatsApp before our visit. We connected on WeChat so if someone got lost they could call her and if we had any questions she answered patiently. She sends additional info on what to see, where to go, where to eat etc.
