Today was incredibly lucky! We met our wonderful tour guide, Ye Fan, who was so considerate of her guests. She picked us up at 6:10 AM, having apparently gotten up as early as 4 AM. She didn't try to get us to spend any money on hidden charges, and kept asking if we had enough for lunch. She also safely took us back to our hotel. It was a truly enjoyable day trip. Highly recommend Ye Fan!ā

The 8-seat bus was comfortable, and the driver was very friendly and helpful, answering all my questions. One day I didn't know where to go, and she helped me find someone and book the tickets. I had a great day, so thank you! The itinerary was well-planned, with no tour guide and no shopping stops. Everything was included except for the 40 RMB electric cart ride to Blue Moon Valley. Lunch was a small hot pot with unlimited rice, and pick-up and drop-off from the hotel was also included in the tour fee. The driver picked us up from my hotel at 5:20 am, which was very kind of her. The day trip to Jade Dragon Snow Mountain was very enjoyable. The cold-weather clothing and oxygen cylinders were also included; buying or renting them would cost around 100 RMB. It was a great value day trip. The scenic area has shuttle buses, which are also included. It's definitely worth joining a tour; going on your own is very risky and hassle-free.ā

First of all, the customer service was excellent, helping me resolve car issues before departure. Secondly, the driver was very nice and patient; when a minor accident occurred during the trip, he patiently helped resolve it. The customer service representative was also very helpful in communicating and resolving the issue. Overall, it was a very pleasant group tour experience, with no shopping stops and no mandatory meal arrangements. I highly recommend this travel agency for a Tiger Leaping Gorge day trip.ā

The time of departure is earlier than what was advertised. I was pick up at 05:50H. You need to download WeChat to be able to communicate to the Driver. I was able to meet younger Chinese who knows how to speak in English and we become friends š They are the one who explain to me what was happening, also the Driver/tour guide will message you in WeChat to make sure you understand. There are extra payment if you wanted to ride horse going around.It was amazingly gorgeous experience. Youāll pay Ā„150 yuan but it was worth the price. In leaping tiger gorge thereās an extra Ā„70 yuan for elevator used but itās optional. The itinerary is a bit different from what was advertised but itās was worth the price & we ended the tour around 7pm. Lastly, listen to driver than trip com message. The trip state Iāll be pick up @6:30 but the driver stated 0550 at the pick up Point & he was there. Good thing Iām ready.The lunch was delicious & fun we dance š Asa solo traveler this activityRecommended šÆā

We were so glad that we booked this trip to travel between Lijiang and Shangri-la. We had already booked our accommodation in both places, and at first were considering to take the train, but we are so glad we chose this option instead. The driver picked us up from the hotel in Lijiang at 8am and we went to a local market for breakfast, which I had requested the day before. We arrived at our hotel in Shangri-La before 6pm. On the way we visited Tiger Leaping Gorge, witnessed the amazing scenery along the way and also visited Songzanlin Monastery on our arrival in Shangri-La. Jennifer our tour guide was really great. She is a local Naxi person, and told us a lot about Naxi culture and traditions and was really interesting to listen to, without being too talkative or giving information overload. She also left us to have some time on our own, and we didn't feel pressured or rushed. The whole pace was relaxing and stress free. Thankyou so much for a wonderful day!ī„
