The first time I took the elderly to Lijiang and Shangri-La, the local air was very good. Although the temperature was cold and dry, the sun was warm during the day. The staff of the tour guide company contacted me with WeChat and introduced the tour guide Andy. He was familiar with the local attractions and introduced a lot of history, local culture and so on in English. Before leaving Shangri-La, remind us of the possible alpine reaction, pay attention and bring oxygen cylinders; According to our need to take us to the authentic, reasonable store, tour guide Andy for time management, communication with us is good and easy; also take care of the elderly, such as the car, the temperature of the car box, the speed is stable, etc. This journey is very happy and satisfied.ā

The time of departure is earlier than what was advertised. I was pick up at 05:50H. You need to download WeChat to be able to communicate to the Driver. I was able to meet younger Chinese who knows how to speak in English and we become friends š They are the one who explain to me what was happening, also the Driver/tour guide will message you in WeChat to make sure you understand. There are extra payment if you wanted to ride horse going around.It was amazingly gorgeous experience. Youāll pay Ā„150 yuan but it was worth the price. In leaping tiger gorge thereās an extra Ā„70 yuan for elevator used but itās optional. The itinerary is a bit different from what was advertised but itās was worth the price & we ended the tour around 7pm. Lastly, listen to driver than trip com message. The trip state Iāll be pick up @6:30 but the driver stated 0550 at the pick up Point & he was there. Good thing Iām ready.The lunch was delicious & fun we dance š Asa solo traveler this activityRecommended šÆā

The trip was well coordinated, i love the pick up and drop off and the well guided explanation through out the trip, we had an amazing lunch afterwards... i really enjoyed and experienced the scenery around Lijiang, even if we couldn't understand chinese very well the driver really tried and assisted us all the way to create a good experince for us... its a 10/10 ā

Our tour guide and driver, Grandma Yang, was a warm and down-to-earth woman who cared for her guests like a mother would her own children. She meticulously arranged the itinerary, ensuring everyone had oxygen, warmth, meals, and water. Even on the eve of departure, she showed her deepest concern. Grandma Yang's smile was as warm and radiant as the Yunnan sunshine, truly heartwarming. Grandma Yang was wonderful! However, she's still quite young; we can call her "Sister Yang" from now on.ī„
