The Mutianyu tour was excellently organized. The guide explained everything and helped with tickets. We were given plenty of free time (4 hours) to stroll around the wall at our leisure and take beautiful photos. The area is picturesque. We have only positive impressions!★

This chartered car trip from Guangzhou to Shenzhen was a fantastic experience! We booked two cars, and the company even upgraded our vehicle for free, which was incredibly thoughtful. The upgraded car was very high-end, spacious, and comfortable, with massage chairs inside, which everyone loved. The entire journey was very comfortable, a perfect experience!
The customer service was also excellent—friendly and patient, responding promptly to any questions and actively helping to resolve them, which made us feel very at ease. The driver was also very kind and polite, even helping with our luggage; the service was very attentive.
Overall, the service from customer service and the driver, as well as the comfort of the vehicle, exceeded our expectations. We were extremely satisfied with this chartered car experience and highly recommend it to anyone needing to travel from Guangzhou to Shenzhen! We will definitely choose this company again next time!★

The bus ride went smoothly and crossed the borders over an impressive bridge and tunnel. What a marvel of (civil) engineering work. Once arrived at the border, ensure you get a sticker that will serve you all the way to Zhuhai, China. With the sticker tag on your shirt, the officers and the guides can spot you easily and tell you where to go (bus lane
#, etc). You will not be lost and you get plenty of chances to use the restrooms. Be ready to walk over some distance due to vast floor space in the immigration areas.
