Melonie was amazing, no complaints at all. Even though the weather was not ideal, she kept her cool, and was very nice to everyone. The meeting point was easy to find, she sent very thoughtful instructions on WhatsApp before our visit. We connected on WeChat so if someone got lost they could call her and if we had any questions she answered patiently. She sends additional info on what to see, where to go, where to eat etc.

Our guide, Vivian, is very knowledgeable and organized, punctual, and precise. She balanced historical explanations with anecdotes about Chinese culture, and was very willing to give us time to explore on our own and take photos. There's nothing more to say about the Forbidden City; its splendor speaks for itself. Thanks again, Vivian, for a pleasant visit!

Divina was a great (and hilarious!) guide and made the long bus ride go by fast. I have done other sections of the Great Wall before but really wanted to try Jinshanling and found that this was one of the most reasonably priced and easy to schedule tours to do so! Would highly recommend and definitely will consider other Zanbus tours in the future!

It was a great opportunity to get a good view of the Temple of Heaven, the symbol of Beijing. Since it was a weekday, there were fewer people than I expected, so I was able to look around thoroughly. It was nice having a combined ticket that allowed me to see all the major buildings, such as the Hall of Prayer for Good Harvests.
