The driver contacted me between 9:30 and 10 PM the night before to confirm the pick-up time and location! Thumbs up!! The driver, a Naxi man, was incredibly enthusiastic and answered all my questions—so sweet! He had water, warm clothing, and one oxygen cylinder in the car, which was just enough since the boardwalk was closed! If you're going to go on the boardwalk, I recommend bringing two oxygen cylinders.
The weather wasn't great, though; I didn't see the sunrise over the mountains. Next time I'll definitely book with them again! ◍˃ᵕ˂◍★

This group tour to Jade Dragon Snow Mountain far exceeded my expectations! The tour guide was incredibly professional, not only providing a detailed explanation of altitude sickness precautions beforehand but also thoughtfully providing us with oxygen cylinders. The itinerary was perfectly planned: a morning cable car ride directly to the Glacier Park, where the magnificent panoramic view of the snow-capped mountains was breathtaking; and an afternoon visit to Blue Moon Valley, where the lake's azure waters were like a fairyland. There were no mandatory purchases throughout the tour, and we had ample time to take photos freely. Pick-up and drop-off were very punctual, saving us the hassle of queuing for tickets and planning our own routes. This was a worry-free, safe, and thoroughly enjoyable perfect snow mountain trip.★

This day trip to Jade Dragon Snow Mountain truly exceeded my expectations! The driver arrived promptly at our guesthouse at 5:30 AM, a thoughtful touch considering we'd communicated the night before. There was no hard selling, and the itinerary was exceptionally well-planned. Taking the cable car up the mountain and witnessing the surging sea of clouds instantly erased all the fatigue from the early morning. The water in Blue Moon Valley was a jewel-like blue, every snapshot a masterpiece. The "Impression Lijiang" performance was breathtaking; watching ethnic minority dances at the foot of the snow-capped mountain gave me goosebumps. The driver was considerate throughout, reminding us to be mindful of altitude sickness. This trip was definitely worth it!★

Blue Moon Valley and Jade Dragon Snow Mountain were both so beautiful! The lady with the last four digits of her phone number, 988, provided excellent service. She first took us to see the sunrise over the snow-capped peaks, then we explored Blue Moon Valley, and after lunch, we took the glacier cable car. Unfortunately, because of our own reasons, we spent too much time on the snow mountain and missed the Impression Lijiang show, which was a bit of a regret. Hopefully, we can come back next time!★

The driver tried his best to pick us up from our door, and he explained everything in detail along the way, including the route. He was a very patient driver ੭ ᐕ)੭ The reflection of the golden mountain at sunrise; the 4680-meter snow-capped mountain [make sure to bring oxygen]; the crows, cows, and sheep at Spruce Meadow; the Tyndall effect at Blue Moon Valley, the duck with a dent in its head, and the long-tailed bird with a creamy appearance.
It's really cold and oxygen-deprived on the cable car, and it's very sunny afterward, so please be sure to wear sunscreen and clothes that are easy to put on and take off ੭ ᐕ)੭★

Today was incredibly lucky! We met our wonderful tour guide, Ye Fan, who was so considerate of her guests. She picked us up at 6:10 AM, having apparently gotten up as early as 4 AM. She didn't try to get us to spend any money on hidden charges, and kept asking if we had enough for lunch. She also safely took us back to our hotel. It was a truly enjoyable day trip. Highly recommend Ye Fan!
