The driver contacted me between 9:30 and 10 PM the night before to confirm the pick-up time and location! Thumbs up!! The driver, a Naxi man, was incredibly enthusiastic and answered all my questions—so sweet! He had water, warm clothing, and one oxygen cylinder in the car, which was just enough since the boardwalk was closed! If you're going to go on the boardwalk, I recommend bringing two oxygen cylinders.
The weather wasn't great, though; I didn't see the sunrise over the mountains. Next time I'll definitely book with them again! ◍˃ᵕ˂◍★

Mr. Hong, who picked us up on bus PXC238, was very patient throughout the trip. Surprisingly, our travel companions were Thai and Singaporean friends, which made the trip even more enjoyable 😃. From booking to the end of the trip, every step was satisfactory and pleasant. The itinerary was well-planned, and he clearly explained the precautions and routes we needed to take during the trip 🫡. There were no forced shopping trips or extra fees. Mr. Hong consistently took us to the best viewpoints. My wife was sleep-deprived and hadn't eaten much that morning, so she was initially hesitant to go back when we reached the foot of the snow mountain. However, Mr. Hong encouraged her, and after eating something, she felt refreshed and decided to go up Jade Dragon Snow Mountain. She was very happy and glad she hadn't missed the beautiful scenery 😀. A huge thank you to Mr. Hong for his warm hospitality! I highly recommend him and look forward to our next trip! I will also recommend him to my friends!★

Today's day trip to Jade Dragon Snow Mountain was fantastic! A special thank you to our guide, Xiao Zhuan. His driving skills were steady throughout, he was punctual and considerate, the itinerary was well-planned and not rushed, and he thoughtfully reminded us about altitude sickness, dressing warmly, and good photo spots. His explanations were vivid and practical, and there was no shopping or unnecessary chatter. The snow-capped mountains were magnificent, Blue Moon Valley was breathtaking, and the whole trip was relaxing and comfortable. His service was attentive and professional. Highly recommended! I'll definitely choose Xiao Zhuan again for my next trip!
