Firstly, they kindly accommodated us and changed the tour schedule due to our delays in arriving from the airport.
Secondly, Ms. Sui Ying is a top-notch professional! She speaks excellent Russian. In pure, literary Russian, Ms. Sui Ying so captivatingly recounted the centuries-long history of the Forbidden City and the destinies of the Celestial Empire's emperors that she literally made us fall in love with China! A huge thank you to her – it was one of the best tours of my life and one of the best guides I've ever encountered!
I highly recommend this 3-hour tour of the Forbidden City in Russian with Ms. Sui Ying – it's worth every penny!★

Our tour guide, Ella, took excellent care of us. She provided us with a wealth of information about the Forbidden City, answered all our questions, gave us tips on what to do after our tour, and explained the routes. She also kept an eye on those of us who were alone in the group and took photos of them in front of the sights. She was also happy to share her favorite spots for great photos. She was easy to reach if we had any questions beforehand or if there were any delays, and any issues were resolved quickly and easily.★

Melonie was amazing, no complaints at all. Even though the weather was not ideal, she kept her cool, and was very nice to everyone. The meeting point was easy to find, she sent very thoughtful instructions on WhatsApp before our visit. We connected on WeChat so if someone got lost they could call her and if we had any questions she answered patiently. She sends additional info on what to see, where to go, where to eat etc.
