Tour guide Liu Yang provided attentive and thoughtful service, and his explanations were very solid. He meticulously explained the structural features and historical context of each national treasure, making the content easy to understand and maintaining a comfortable pace. The explanations were very professional, and I felt I could keep up for three hours, although the children were a little tired. But the explanations were truly excellent. I was particularly impressed by some parts where other tour guides clearly made mistakes, but our guide, fearing to mislead the children, quickly corrected them. Her explanations were outstanding.

An incredibly cool place! Everything was top-notch. I went with a friend. We arrived, were greeted with a special welcome, and given tickets. It turned out we were seated in different seats. We asked to be seated next to each other—they initially refused, but then changed their mind and resolved the issue. Afterward, they dressed us and did our makeup in about 20 minutes. The girl did everything quickly and efficiently, taking into account our makeup preferences. Anything we didn't like was corrected. Before dinner, there was a performance in the foyer: theater and dancing. In the restaurant itself, they seated us, explained the menu, and asked if we had any allergies or anything like that. Overall, the service was good. We were seated in the fourth row and had a good view, although the presentation of the food was different from that of the guests in the front row, which is why we paid less. I don't like the taste of Chinese food, but surprisingly, I ate everything except two dishes. The food was delicious. Professional performance: dancing, singing, storytelling, opera, circus.
