Very nice and clean modern facility, comfortable bed and convenient location with much to offer. The staff are very helpful even with the language barrier but they do their best to assist and help with finding stuff around town. Very clean rooms and comfortable beds. I was here during the wildfire and strong winds and hotel staff put the patrons safety above all else and assist. Highly recommend this hotel for a safe enjoyable stay

I went on a family trip with four people, including two kids and my wife. The hotel is right next to Gyeongpo Lake. It's close to the sea, great for walking around the lake, and the location is great. Perhaps because the facility is a new building, the room still smells like you would when you moved into a new house. And although I expected it, the room was narrower than it showed in the picture. However, considering the size of a typical hotel room, It's a duplex, so it's wide open, so it's less stuffy or stuff like that. However, the slope of the railing going up to the duplex is a bit high. It can be dangerous to go with very young children. At least a duplex unless your child is in elementary school or older. I would not recommend it if children are concerned about falling. The reason I gave the facility 3 out of 5 is because the railing height is too high and This is because the size of the indoor parking lot is too small. Of course, I was informed that I could use a public parking lot nearby. I parked there, but I have to endure some inconvenience. Other than this, the location and facilities are very good. The rooftop view is especially nice. I think it would have been nice if there was a cafe here so you could have a quick coffee or something. I received friendly guidance when checking in. The service is not directly related to the staff and service. I'm not sure if it's very good or bad. At the level of just going for a trip and sleeping, not a hotel stay. If you're looking for a clean hotel, it doesn't seem like a bad choice.

I went there for a business trip and the room was spacious and very clean. The living room and the room were separated, so I felt like I was in a one-bed room. It was a bit disappointing that the parking lot was mechanical.

The family room has one large bed and two small beds. The surrounding area is very lively and very close to the Central Market. Traveling is very convenient. There are many buses to Gangneung Station, and there are also routes to Tofu Village, Gyeongpo Beach and other attractions. However, as the number of buses decreases, you need to watch the time carefully. Gangneung is a quiet seaside town, very suitable for tourism.

It's really close to Sabuk Station, and the hotel's underground parking lot is a Soca zone, so you can travel without a car without any problems! There is also a good underground parking lot, so it's great to visit by car! There are several convenience stores within a 5-minute walk, and disposable items such as toiletries can be purchased from the vending machine on the first floor! There is also a free breakfast service, which is perfect for eating for free. The price is reasonable compared to the facilities, so I think I will visit again if I have the chance to come to Jeongseon again!

It's not bad for an affordable price and being in the city center. The surrounding commercial districts are not bad, and it's about 10 minutes away from Legoland, so it's easy to get around.

The room is good to sleep. I think you should just park on the street. There was a convenience store, but there was no bottled water. The wait for the elevator was too long, so I walked down when checking out. It was an accommodation with distinct pros and cons, but it was nice to sleep!

Great location with many seafood restaurants nearby and also a couple of nice cafes to chill with a good view. It’s better to take a taxi when coming from the bus terminal with luggages. There are buses that take to the downtown area as well. Room is clean and convenient with its amenities plus there is a washer and dryer in the room. Check in was easy with instructions although there is a need to follow the 4pm check in time and 11am check out time. No daily housekeeping unless stay is 3 nights or more. Overall it was a great stay! Well-recommended.

Clean appearance, clean room, clean bathroom. Disappointing is the sound insulation.. Unfortunately, the crack under the front door looks like a fire is leaking. Especially at dawn, when someone kept opening and closing the door three times, I couldn't sleep. Also, the TV was suddenly cut off in the morning, so it was not turned on in the morning. I feel bad because they seem to notice that I shouldn't go to bed late and get up early. Except for these two very good hotels.

I stayed at the East9 hotel for 3 days and 2 nights. Everything was perfect from start to finish. the staff very polite, welcoming and smiling. I don't know if he really speaks English because I did everything in Korean since I speak a little in Korean. the hotel has two parking spaces, one inside the basement and the other outside in front of the hotel, if the two parking lots are full it is very easy to park around. My room (standard) was located on the 8th floor (so on the 6th real floor). view a little on the surroundings, not the best view but not the most disturbing either. My room was really large with an entrance to remove shoes (Korean style), a large bed, a large TV, a large bathroom ... in short everything was large in this room. Everything is in very good condition, the bed is very comfortable with a feather duvet and the pillows. bathroom very clean also. the only negative was that it was quite warm in the room despite turning off the heat and opening the window. the morning breakfast included in the room rate is pretty good, it is not a huge buffet but enough to have a good breakfast before starting the day. to finish I highly recommend this hotel, it is in a district surrounded by restaurant, bar and club with also several shops and convenience store.

It's been a while since I traveled with my family due to COVID-19, and it was great value for money. There was one double bed and one single bed that were clean and clean. Have fun~ It was nice that it had Netflix and the bed was big. The amenities were sufficient. It was also convenient to stop by a restaurant near Chuncheon Station. p.s. I made a reservation because they said there was only 1 room left and it was non-refundable, but it was absurd that in 2 hours it was cheaper by 20,000 won because there were 10 rooms left. Honestly, I felt a bit uncomfortable about this part.

I went to Lego Land Korea Hotel and I had the most awesome time ever! It was like stepping into a Lego dream world! The hotel was super colorful and had huge Lego characters everywhere. I felt like I was inside a giant Lego set! The beds were so comfy and they had Lego-themed sheets and pillows. My room even had a treasure chest full of Lego bricks to play with! It was like having my own Lego playground! The best part was to get the treasure out of the safe you had to follow the map and the hints. We had all our meals at the hotel. They had a buffet with yummy food like pancakes, waffles, and lots of colorful fruits. And guess what? The plates and cups were all Lego-shaped which is pretty cool The staff was super friendly and helpful. They always had a smile on their faces and made me feel special. One of the best parts was that you get into the park early when you are staying at the hotel. We got a two day pass with one night hotel which was perfect. The hotel is located in Gongjicheon, so it is good to walk around Uiyam Lake and the counter staff who immediately solve the troubles are so friendly. This is a hotel I always use when I go to Chuncheon. Highly recommended.

The entire hotel was clean! Looks like the styler filter needs to be replaced. The location was good because it was in the middle of downtown Chuncheon and close to Chuncheon Station. The location is perfect!!!! They don’t clean the room and you have to take out your trash by yourself. There are a lot of bugs in the bathroom. The room is huge and it has a well equipped kitchen! There are no body towels

It was nice to be right in front of the sea, but it was disappointing that the floor level was low so I could see the Sonapu Forest in front rather than the sea. Because the maximum number of floors is low, you probably won't be able to see the sea. The Ferris wheel was visible up close and the atmosphere was refreshing at night. It was a pity that I couldn't cut and dry.

The location was great as it was close to Sokcho Beach. The room was clean and didn't smell like cigarettes, which was even better. However, the water pressure is weak and when I turn the water towards warm water, no water comes out at all. I contacted the front desk and had it repaired.
