We stayed here for one night. We have been staying here before. From the courtesy of staff and their services, I shall give them a big thumb up. Customers can park their cars at the LG2 basement, and it is very secure. Only 1 lift to go up and down from the whole building. But it works fast. Security card to enter the main door. Free breakfast which was enough like nasi lemak, mee goreng, breads, mushroom soup, fruits, and hot beverage. With only less than RM90 for two, it was okay for me. Amenities are enough like hair dryer, water heater, free toothbrush, free hot drinks sachets, kettle, small ice box, safety box, AC, iron board outside, and water dispenser. Only the noise of AC was annoying and no sound isolation., There is stairs before going up to toilet. So it would be dangerous to those senior citizens. Bad sound isolation was resulting us hearing people talking out loud, banged the doors. Over all for this 2 stars budget hotel, I would say okay to overnight here.

I really enjoyed my stay but there were a few things lacking in my stay at the hotel. For example;
1. The shower taps were not working, so we had to maneuver it in a different way which I was not told about when I got the room.
2. Unfortunately the wifi only worked in the reception area. When I got to my room it was barely visible.
Other than that, I really enjoyed by stay and the night receptionist was kind, nice and attentive for both my check-in and check-out.
This new Swing & Pillows branch beside Atria Shopping Mall is a good choice for budget-conscious travelers. It is surrounded by plenty of eateries, cafes, stores and shops.
The accommodation was basic but clean and comfortable; the only drawbacks were the smell from the recent refurbishment and the non-functioning lift. Roadside parking is available.

A good lodging option when you're in town for business. Accommodation in Putrajaya can be quite expensive, so this place is a budget-friendly alternative. I took a taxi from the airport and only stayed one night, so I didn't need anything fancy.
Air-cond not working properly, quite hot. 3 times the maintenance comes and check the air-cond. Room window facing the back alley, can see the restaurant kitchen. The receptionist did suggest changing the room, but other rooms were pretty hot as well.
A major upgrade (especially on the air-cond) needs to be done right away. No issue on the cleanliness, service and location.

This hotel located in strategic place with alot of food stall, bank and 3km to sunway pyramid.
No issue on parking , down the flow already have 24 hour stall . All fast food is around the corner from MCD pizza and kfc . A lot coffee cafe also .
Hotel services and facilities good.
All sockets is available for international choices.
Near road, can be noisy.
Have food restaurants and shops around.
For shopping mall nead around 30min walking.
Is something like a capsult hotel but u need to open the door using QR code. Just a queen size bed and towel in the room. Nothing else. Toilet was shared toilet. Quite dirty and some of the shower soap used finish but not replenish. NO TOILET PAPER PROVIDED. USE WATER OR BRING YR OWN.
HAIR dryer provided in toilet.
Overall the room is quite clean (cleaner than most budget room), but room pretty small. However the aircon is central-lise and u cannot control the temperature. The aircon was freezing cold. Late night till morning the room will be freezing cold. My blueberry bought from hypermarket didn spoilt after 3 days. Hope the management can do something about it. Water cooler provided but no fridge. Counter staff was very friendly, thumbs up to them.

JJastanGreat option for a quick, one-night stay if you're in transit. The hotel offers free airport transfer, making it very convenient, and it’s just a 15-minute drive from the airport. The location is ideal, and the free breakfast includes roti canai, which was a nice local touch. Perfect for a short, hassle-free stay before catching your next flight!
NNFaaaaaaaaHThe staff were friendly, and I really appreciated the complimentary room upgrade — definitely a plus point. The overall cleanliness was average, but acceptable for a budget hotel. However, room security could be improved; the latch key wasn’t functioning, which might raise some safety concerns.
The bed was very comfortable, and I especially liked the soft pillows and cozy comforter. They provided two pillows for a single bed and four for a double bed, which was a very nice touch and made the stay much more comfortable.
The surrounding area felt a bit lonely since it’s located near an industrial zone with not many cars or people around. Parking is available right in front of the building, but it operates on a first-come, first-served basis. The reception isn’t available 24 hours, so it’s something to keep in mind for late check-ins or assistance.
Overall, it’s a budget-friendly hotel offering decent comfort and basic amenities.
UUser1018Stayed at Batu Caves Hotel recently and had a generally pleasant experience.
The biggest advantage of this hotel is its location. It is very close to Batu Caves, making it extremely convenient for visitors who want to explore the area, especially early in the morning before it gets crowded. There are also restaurants, convenience stores, and public transport options within walking distance.
Check-in was smooth and efficient, and the staff were polite and helpful. The service is simple but sufficient for a comfortable stay.
The room was modest in size and equipped with basic amenities such as air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and toiletries. The bed was reasonably comfortable, and the internet connection was stable, which was useful for planning daily activities.
Cleanliness was acceptable overall. The room was tidy, though some areas showed signs of wear and could benefit from better maintenance. This did not significantly affect the stay but may be noticeable for guests who are particular about cleanliness.
Despite being located near a tourist area, the hotel was relatively quiet at night, allowing for a good night’s rest.
Overall, Batu Caves Hotel offers good value for money and is suitable for budget travelers, short-stay guests, and anyone who prioritizes location and affordability over luxury. I would recommend it to travelers looking for a practical and conveniently located place to stay.
GGuest UserGood location with lots of good food around. But it can be noisy and it sort of give some scary vibes at night. Room service needs to be requested manually. No fridge and no room slippers. There’s a bar soap and a shampoo gel that I used and don’t think it wash my hair cleanly. Better to bring your own or buy it at Watsons or guardian nearby.
GGuest UserOverall, it's decent. The location is unbeatable – just steps from the subway station and super convenient for dining. The rooms are a bit on the small side. Those with windows are much better; rooms without windows can feel quite cramped and claustrophobic.
NNasty13The cleanliness is perfect. There's coffee. The soundproofing isn't great, though. I guess it depends on who your neighbors are. If they're just sleeping, then it's fine. But!!! The clock in the room was a real problem; I couldn't sleep at all because it ticked so loudly. Plus, it was running fast.
Nearby, there's delicious and affordable food. (Laksa for only 12 RM and really tasty ice cream next door for 2 RM). I took a taxi here at 4 PM for 17 RM (Grab) and at 4 AM for 29 RM (inDrive).
GGuest UserThe location is near to some local shops-7eleven clinics and a restaurant. Amenities are excellent -water dispenser, kettle, microwave. Room is clean and pleasant. A bit small but its ok for me as it is sparkling clean. Toilet is also clean and everything works as it should be.
