Our recent stay at Ujo Soan was, without exaggeration, the finest hospitality experience I have encountered in my 20 years of traveling across Japan. From the moment we arrived, the level of service was nothing short of superb. There are three highlights that made our stay truly unforgettable: 1. Exceptional Culinary Surprise: We were deeply touched by the hotel's generosity in providing a complimentary upgrade to the prestigious ”Tsuiyama Blue Label Crab” set. The quality of the crab and the meticulous preparation were world-class—a true gastronomic journey. 2. Breathtaking Sunset Views: Spending time at the Lounge ”AO” on the 8th floor of Bettei Fuka was a spiritual experience. Watching the sunset over the Kyotango coastline with a drink in hand is a memory we will cherish forever. 3. Outstanding Service (Sakura-san): A special mention must go to Sakura-san. Her professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail were exemplary. She anticipated our every need and represents the very best of Japanese Omotenashi. I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to Mr. Yasuhiko Okita and the General Manager, Mr. Nakanishi, for maintaining such an incredible standard of excellence. If you are looking for a sanctuary that combines luxury, nature, and heartfelt service, Ujo Soan is the only choice. We cannot wait to return.

The introduction of the dishes is as hard as possible in English as possible, which made my stay very pleasant. A bit expensive, but everything else is good. Our family has three people living in a room, which is a bit crowded, and the room fee is more than 15,000. There is one large hot spring bathroom and five small ones, and the hardware is relatively simple. When the crabs are in season, they are indeed sweet and plump, which is rare. Just treat it as a crab set meal for 4,000 RMB per person, and leave the rest More than 3,000 yuan is used as room fee and hot spring fee. The check-in and check-out times are very unreasonable. You can only check in after 15:00 and check out at 10:00 in the morning. The whole check-in experience is very rushed and it is difficult to relax. There are no other stores or places to visit around, which is a bit desolate. The transportation is very inconvenient, so you can almost only go there by chartering a car. Everyone knows that the price of chartering a car in Japan is very expensive! It cost almost 20,000 yuan. A family of three spent 29 hours traveling from Kyoto and back.

A truly beautiful hotel! Everything from the architecture to the view outside the windows is top-notch. The staff are polite and welcoming, and even though we don't speak much Japanese, they patiently explain everything to us. The rooms are full of thoughtful touches, and there are plenty of complimentary drinks and amenities. If I ever come to visit Japan again, I'll definitely bring my family to stay here for longer. ありがとうございます♪

The meal was delicious. The staff at the restaurant was very good. The room was large and the futon was comfortable. The refrigerator is shared, so I feel like I'm training a little. The surroundings are dark at night.
