We asked the staff, and they said it was centrally controlled for heating. But they didn't account for Wuhan's weather or the ceiling height in our room. We ended up sleeping with the balcony door open every night just to get some cool air in; otherwise, the room was incredibly hot and stuffy, making it very uncomfortable!!! We couldn't even use the air conditioning for our entire stay, and at night, the heat would literally wake us up. This is my first time giving a hotel's facilities a bad review. I'm sorry, but it was genuinely very uncomfortable.....

Quite a pleasant stay in this hotel. Smooth and quick check-in and out. Easy access to this hotel by MTR Line 4 from Wuhan Railway Station. You can reach the hotel directly by Exit J via B2 carpark. But be noted that it is available only on weekdays from 10:00 to 20:00. The hotel also offers signature Wuhan delicacies for breakfast. Thanks to Housekeeping team on 50th floor. They took quick action and responded promptly to our request.

The rooms are spacious and bright, and everything is spotlessly clean. The service was excellent; they really tried their best to accommodate our requests. Breakfast was fantastic, with a wide variety of options, including local Wuhan specialties like hot dry noodles and Mian Wo, as well as Japanese sushi and Shaanxi Roujiamo, all of which were delicious. They even had both hot and cold low-fat milk. The mattress in the room was incredibly comfortable. However, there are a few minor details that could be improved. For example, the toilet in the bathroom didn't have a bidet or disposable seat covers, and the room also lacked an eco-friendly hotel tote bag.

This hotel has an industrial style, with clean, sleek lines. The room was tidy, and the small details were charming – I particularly loved the paper cups for drinks. The service was excellent and made me feel very comfortable, and the delivery robot was adorable. The hotel's location is fantastic; it's close to Li Huangpi Road, Bagong House, Jianghan Road Pedestrian Street, and Hankou Beach. On the day I arrived, I even walked to Jiqing Street to catch a crosstalk show. There are also plenty of food options; for breakfast, you can easily find a roadside stall and enjoy a bowl of hot dry noodles for just a few yuan – it's delicious and filling.

Our room was spotless, and the service was incredibly warm and attentive! Definitely a top recommendation! The location is fantastic, right on the main street, so you have easy access to plenty of food and shopping just steps away – super convenient! I highly recommend the 'Lao Difang' restaurant; their food was absolutely delicious! I'm actually planning to go back to Muyu Town just to have another meal there before heading home. I completely forgot to take any photos of the hotel, but the natural scenery of Shennongjia is truly breathtaking! What a perfect summer getaway!
