I used my room upgrade privileges when I booked, but I wasn't upgraded, and the front desk didn't give me a reason. Did they simply not see it?

The name of Korla Fontainebleau International Hotel is quite nice. In fact, it is located on a commercial property of a real estate building of the same name. The hotel and the building are quite new, so they are not in the city center of the old city (but the area of Korla city is not too large). Facilities: The hardware is good, but there is no fashionable charging pile. You have to go to another larger international hotel diagonally opposite to charge. Hygiene: Good. Environment: Good. Service: The attitude and level are good, and the buffet breakfast can be praised.

It seems attractive people gravitate towards attractive hotels. They also have their own coffee bar, and the in-room capsule coffee machine was my absolute favorite. The location is super convenient, right on the main street in the city center, with snowy landscapes on both sides. There are various restaurants right outside the main entrance. The room was spacious enough to fit most ski equipment. It's clear they really understand the ski market. They also offer airport pickup, which is a huge plus. I'll definitely bring my family here next time, and I want to stay in a duplex!
