"Location was convenient, food left a lot to be desired, amenities and room has a lot of scope for improvement, services were adequate, staff was courteous. Don't know the prevailing norms, but for the kind of rates charged, seemed more than what they delivered over all. Less than value for money."

Mandira_SamantaThe hotel is under renovation and the entire property (including rooms) smells of toxic paint. There was no information about this renovation on the website while making the booking. The heavy solvent smell gave me a headache and the stay was very unplesant.

Shannen0305Best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The hotel staff even remember my coffee order from yesterday. And when I went to the gym the staff offered me to turn on the sauna and steam in advance. I feel so welcomed by every single staff in this hotel.
And it cost only 120 per night includes breakfast and lounge that offer two time slot of snacks day.
Dev and Solu are the best manager and staff I’ve ever met. So friendly and thoughtful.
Thank you Solu for remembering my order and room number.

I stayed at Mangalam during a family trip for 3 nights. Check-in was smooth, the room was clean and spacious. My rate plan included breakfast at Saffron, a restaurant part of the Mangalam property. The spread was good and prepared fresh. They also helped me arrange a cab for day trips. The staff is courteous, despite being a tourist heavy season they were quick to respond. The Saffron restaurant had good options for dinner as well. Their snack counter had freshly prepared khakra and bhakarwadi which was very tasty.
The only feedback I would have is for the check-out times. The check-out of time is at 9 in the morning. Staff extended it by 30 minutes on request, However, I felt it was too early and not very family friendly.
Overall I would recommend this property for family vacations

Hotel Review:
I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience! The location was excellent —conveniently situated near key attractions and transport links, making it easy to explore the area. The staff were friendly, professional, and attentive , always ready to assist with a smile, which added a welcoming touch to my stay.
The breakfast was a highlight fresh, varied, and delicious, offering a great start to each day. What truly stood out, though, was the outstanding value for money The combination of comfortable accommodations, prime location, and quality service made this stay feel like a steal compared to other options in the area.
If you’re looking for a hassle-free, budget-friendly stay without compromising on comfort or convenience, I’d highly recommend this hotel. Perfect for both leisure and business travelers!

I recently stayed at this hotel and was disappointed with my experience. The room was not hygienic and dirty upon arrival. The toilet was unclean, and I had to call room service to have it cleaned. Towels were not provided initially, and I had to request them. Additionally, the telephone in the room was unavailable, forcing us to run down to the reception for any room-related issues. The shower pressure was low, making it an uncomfortable experience. The hotel bar shop sold juice boxes at outrageously high prices. The play area in the compound looked old, shabby, and dusty. We didn't try the food, so I can't comment on that. Overall, the hotel didn't meet expectations, especially considering the price. The services should have been much better, focusing on basic cleanliness and maintenance.
