This was a repeat stay for me, as I have returned to this hotel many times. The staff is friendly and the service is always good. Plus, it’s located right near the Asia Jaya LRT station, making it very convenient to travel around KL.

I used this hotel for a solo trip. My flight arrived late at night and departed early in the morning, so I opted for a hotel directly connected to the airport. It was easy to get to the city center, and I was very happy with the hotel – it offered good value for money. There's a complimentary buggy service that takes you from the airport to the hotel and back (they're usually waiting, so you can just ask on the spot). The room was cleaned daily. The plumbing was fine, including water pressure and temperature. There are two power outlets on either side of the bed, so I could comfortably charge multiple devices overnight. The amenities provided were sufficient! As for food and drink, bottled water isn't provided, so you'll need to bring your own. (I think the water in the glass bottle is drinking water, but I'm unsure how long it had been there; the cap was dusty). I also used room service twice as it was inexpensive, delicious, and the portions were generous. Overall, it was a comfortable stay and good value for money. I'm considering staying here again if I have the chance to visit Kuala Lumpur.

I had such a fun and memorable stay at Moxy Putrajaya, and the hotel perfectly lives up to its bold, playful brand vibe! The lobby is an absolute vibe with its quirky decor—loving the iconic pink Beetle car installation, neon accents, and retro touches like the vintage-style phone in the rooms. It feels like stepping into a trendy, Instagram-worthy hangout spot the moment you walk in. My twin room was compact but smartly designed, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The minimalist yet stylish decor kept the space feeling fresh, and the plush beds made for a great night’s sleep. The bathroom was spotless, with sleek black-and-white subway tiles and modern fixtures, and the open-concept layout felt surprisingly roomy. The retro phone by the bed was such a fun, nostalgic touch that really captured the hotel’s personality! Location-wise, it’s unbeatable—right next to IOI City Mall, with direct access via escalator, making it super convenient for shopping, dining, and exploring Putrajaya. The staff were friendly and laid-back, fitting perfectly with the hotel’s casual, welcoming atmosphere, and the common areas (including the rooftop bar) were great spots to unwind after a busy day. If you’re looking for a stay that’s equal parts stylish, convenient, and full of personality, Moxy Putrajaya is a fantastic choice. It’s ideal for travelers who want a fun, hassle-free stay with a cool, modern twist. 10/10, would definitely stay again!

Stayed one night at Tune Hotel KLIA2 before an early flight. The hotel is directly connected to Gateway@KLIA2 Mall, offering plenty of shopping and dining options just a short walk away. The location is excellent, with easy access to both KLIA Terminal 1 and Terminal 2. The nearby KLIA Ekspres and KLIA Transit stations also provide convenient connections to Kuala Lumpur city centre. The room was clean and comfortable for an overnight stay. Breakfast was included and offered a good selection of food, making it easy to start the day before travelling. Overall, a practical and convenient airport hotel that offers great value for transit passengers and short stays.

The room is small, food is so so, but the service is amazing. All of the staff were adorable - from the receptionists at the lobby counter, to the security guards, the cashiers at the restaurant, and even the customer service staff who replied to my emails. And a special thanks to the lobby manager at Tune Hotel KLIA2 - he was willing to add my name to the shuttle bus reservation list when there was an issue with my pre-booking, and also reminded me to double-check my information for the return trip. For those who are considering staying here, if you need accommodation around the airport area, you can consider the two Tune hotels. They provide free shuttle bus services (it actually helps lots cause it’s not easy to take a taxi around) and are always ready to assist you through the hotline and email support. This was not my first time visiting Malaysia, but your help truly made a big difference for me.

This is quite a long review, but it comes from a very genuine place. I truly want to compliment this hotel for its excellent service recovery and sincere hospitality. I arrived at the hotel from KLIA1 using the complimentary shuttle bus arranged by the hotel. During check-in, the front desk staff were extremely friendly and explained the hotel facilities very clearly. The first impression was already wonderful. When I entered the room, I was pleasantly surprised. The room was spacious, comfortable, and even equipped with an iron , such a thoughtful detail, especially for frequent travelers like me. After a full day of flying, I was exhausted and hungry, and it was just around dinner time. So I went to the restaurant and ordered dinner along with a drink.However, after waiting for around 40 minutes, my food still had not arrived. I checked with the staff, only to find out that my order had never gone into the system. Honestly, I was upset at that moment. I was tired, hungry, and had already waited for quite a long time. I decided to cancel the order, and the staff were very apologetic. They even waived the charge for my drink. At that point, I simply did not want to wait any longer, so I returned to my room to rest. Then, around 45 minutes later, someone knocked on my door. It was one of the restaurant staff members. I regret not asking for his name. He was a very polite and gentle-looking gentleman, carrying a full dinner set to my room personally. He apologized repeatedly and said this was prepared as compensation for the inconvenience caused. I was honestly shocked and deeply touched. I travel frequently for work and have stayed in many hotels, including international five-star properties, but very few places handle mistakes with this level of sincerity and care. Great service is not about never making mistakes. It is about how a team responds when something goes wrong and whether the guest feels genuinely valued afterward. What touched me the most was knowing that the staff actually asked around to find my room number, just so they could personally deliver the meal to me. That kind of effort and sincerity cannot be taught easily. It made me feel truly cared for. Thank you to the entire team. What I will remember is not the mistake, but the warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality you showed afterward.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. All the staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and my room was spotless, comfortable, and perfect in every way. The lobby had a very cozy and relaxing atmosphere, making it a pleasant place to spend time. The swimming pool was clean, and the view was beautiful and peaceful, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of delicious food. Everything was fresh and tasty. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others. I look forward to coming back again.

Used this hotel for a 12-hour daytime layover between arriving after a 15-hour flight in the early morning at Kuala Lumpur’s international terminal and departing from the same terminal in the late evening. This is a much more comfortable option than sitting around in the airside transit area and certainly much cheaper than paying to use a lounge, even if it does offer “free” drinks. Aerotel works very well, the room is clean and the bed is comfortable. The only drag is having to go through the entire immigration, customs and security annoyance twice because Aerotel is located in a different terminal.

Customer service is very helpful and solving the issue effectively & promptly. Overall stay is great except for the 1 day that the guest lift is down and have to fake the BOMBA lift with much inconvenient.
