Came here to swim with the kids. The environment is really good, with a 25-meter pool and water temperature at 28 degrees Celsius. The showers have plenty of hot water, and the towels are clean. The changing rooms even have a sauna. The room offers expansive views, and at night you can see the illuminated Borhan Buddha Stupa. Breakfast and dinner have a wide variety of options, suitable for both adults and children. The staff are very enthusiastic, and there's a free parking lot with plenty of spaces. The Wi-Fi is fast and reliable. During the holiday, the room was even stocked with snacks, fruits, and drinks, which was a very thoughtful touch.

It was a okay stay. 5 hours stay night. Bed was wide enough. I did not expect too much on Cleanliness. Cleanliness okay.  Close to airport.  Airport transfer and no fee On the web they have car transportation without fee and no need to book. I was waiting for the car or bus. Baotou Shangri-La Hotel is simply amazing. The check-in experience is really good. Before I checked in, the hotel housekeeper Miss Bai Huimin called me in advance to arrange a satisfactory room for me. The front desk check-in attitude was also very good. The room facilities and equipment are very complete, the hygiene is particularly good, and a small gift with Inner Mongolia characteristics was given when I checked out. In short, it was a very good experience. I will definitely choose here next time!

Thumbs up👍 Facilities: 1. The facilities in the room are a bit old, but this is also a common feature of some old hotels. It is understandable, but the facilities are complete. 2. In addition, the climate here is a bit dry, and the humidifier in the room is really thoughtful. 3. The parking lot is large and free, and there are multiple charging piles, which is very convenient. Environment: The hotel decoration has the characteristics of Inner Mongolia, and it is atmospheric! I didn't expect that you can catch dolls in the hotel. Hahaha, I like it so much. The surrounding roads are very spacious and there is no traffic jam. It takes only ten minutes to drive to the mall. It is the first choice for self-driving travel.

This hotel was the most satisfying one during our China trip. All the staff were super friendly, proactive, and enthusiastic! Especially the ladies number 10 at the front desk,who was very efficient in helping us with our check-in process! The breakfast was very rich, with fresh and delicious food! The restaurant staff were also very nice! This is a hotel we will definitely come back to and we highly recommend it to everyone!

I was incredibly impressed by the service at this hotel! From booking to check-out, every step was filled with warmth and enthusiasm. When I booked, customer service patiently answered all my questions, and on the day of arrival, they sent a message in advance with important reminders. The lobby manager personally assisted with check-in and even proactively introduced the hotel's facilities. The room service was exceptional; I called for a hairdryer, and it arrived in less than 5 minutes, and they even tidied up my messy desk at the same time. When I left, the staff helped with my luggage to the car and even prepared a special farewell gift. The entire experience was flawless, warm, and professional, making it absolutely fantastic value for money!

The hotel has an excellent location and the room was quite spacious. What really stood out was the breakfast on the second day – it was a fantastic spread featuring local specialties like shaomai, lamb offal soup, and milk tea. Plus, it was served in the revolving restaurant on the top floor, offering great views of Hohhot. Highly recommended!

At that time, I thought it would take I couldn't sleep well, but when I checked in, I realized that it's not just people who are judged by their appearance, this hotel is also the same. . . It’s a completely different world from the outside world! First of all, the lobby is spacious and bright, with a strong sense of fashion and technology. The two beauties at the front desk have a very good attitude. After checking in quickly, they enthusiastically told us that the drinks in the refrigerator in the room are free. Then we came to the 4th floor and came into view. The best is the clean self-service laundry room, and the corridors on both sides are also warm; then entering the guest room, it is very comfortable and warm, making people feel at home. The thoughtful design is everywhere, especially the quietness of the room, which is completely I forgot about the noisy city downstairs; I slept very comfortably at night after that. The quiet sleeping environment is simply the greatest blessing for people who are away from home. The breakfast was delicious, especially the lamb offal soup, which was incredibly fragrant. I was also incredibly lucky to encounter heavy snow, and seeing the rime frost weighing down the branches truly made me feel the harshness of the Northeast. The view outside the window was stunning, with the city lights shining brightly. The front desk even upgraded my room, and the service was exceptionally warm and welcoming. I'd also like to commend the shoe-shining cloth in the room, which was designed to fit on your hand – very convenient!
