This is an older hotel, and the facilities are a bit dated (for example, the toilets aren't smart toilets). However, the service here is excellent. Whether it's the front desk staff, the floor attendants, the restaurant staff, or any other service personnel you encounter, they are all incredibly warm, friendly, and helpful. Thumbs up to them! 👍 The hotel's swimming pool is also quite good, and the jacuzzi is very relaxing. The location of this hotel is also fantastic. The surrounding commercial streets and Wanda Plaza are great for browsing, and there are many delicious food options nearby. Right downstairs is the Bank Plaza, perfect for a stroll in the morning or evening. If I come to Baotou again next time, I'll probably stay here again! 😊

A solid five-star review – this stay completely exceeded all my expectations! Upon arrival, the front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and processed my check-in very efficiently. They were so gentle and patient. Walking into the room, I was immediately impressed; the entire place was spotlessly clean, with no dust in any corners. The bedding was soft and dry, ensuring a wonderfully peaceful night's sleep. The soundproofing is excellent, so I didn't hear any hallway noise. The bathroom had instant hot water, and the toiletries were complete and good quality. The hotel environment is quiet and elegant, and the common areas are clean and well-maintained. It's also very convenient for getting around and finding places to eat nearby. There wasn't a single frustrating moment during my entire stay; the service was thoughtful and meticulous, and the value for money is outstanding. Next time I'm in town, I'll definitely choose this place again. Highly recommended!

Located in the central commercial district, within a short walk to MixC shopping mall. Nice entrance and lobby befitting of a 5-star Shangrila property, with a free Mongolian photo corner with costumes. However, the check-in staff didn't seem too familiar with her work - I booked 2 suites of inter-connecting rooms (total of 4 rooms) for my party of 10, but she almost completed the check-in process and gave us just 2 connecting rooms (1 king bed & 2 single beds in total). How is that logically possible, and why would the hotel have allowed that kind of booking? Rectified her mistake, after she took quite awhile to process her thoughts and come to realisation, of course without any form of acknowledgement for her oversight or apology. Rooms are pretty dated with just a small 32 or 37inch TV, and probably not worth the price for this stay.

The hotel's surroundings are very pleasant. There's a botanical garden right next door where the hostas were recently in full bloom, making it a lovely place for a walk if you have time. The room itself was quite spacious, and the view from the floor-to-ceiling window was excellent. Both the front desk and housekeeping staff were very warm and helpful. The only minor drawback was that the air conditioning wasn't very effective, requiring a bit of patience for the room to cool down.

The hotel with the best service I have ever stayed in!! Roses were given on the day of check-in. The room was very clean and hygienic, very warm, with sufficient heating and two cups of warm milk. The toilet had a disposable toilet seat, the shower was good and the water was hot, so I decided to renew my reservation. On the second night, I found that the room cleaning staff sent me brown sugar ginger tea to warm my stomach. I would like to praise the front desk and cleaning staff!! I highly recommend staying in this hotel~

My partner and I stayed here during our bicycle travels in China. The hotel was very generous holding a package for us for several months as we traveled from Xinjiang through Mongolia and back to China. They also held our bicycles for a week while we took a hiatus to Datong. The staff were friendly and Mark spoke excellent English and helped us a lot with arranging for taxis or other things that we needed. There are not any restaurants or really other businesses nearby - we needed to taxi into town for anything. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean on our initial stay. The pool was just a few lanes and the gym was pretty sparse, but both exist. The restaurant breakfast buffet was expansive but also expensive. It was better when the hotel was busy and the food turnover higher.

This time I booked this hotel temporarily. I didn’t make an appointment to pick up the plane one day in advance as required. I also made a call with the mentality of trying it out. I didn’t expect the other party to help arrange the driver immediately. The connection was particularly smooth. It was really a surprise. After I lived, The staff was very warm and friendly throughout the whole process, the service was very meticulous and caring. Takeaway can be delivered directly to the room, saving a lot of trouble for yourself. And any demand response is particularly fast, the overall experience is very good, the front desk service is also very warm and thoughtful, people feel very comfortable. There is nothing wrong with hygiene. The room is cleaned quite thoroughly. The bedding floor bathroom is clean. There is no smell in the room. The living is very practical. The smart equipment in the room is quite extra points. The operation is simple and easy. The hardware is very complete and it is very convenient to use. Breakfast was very surprised, there were many local characteristics, the overall atmosphere was very elegant, the environment was quiet and comfortable, the surrounding traffic and travel were also convenient, and it was very worry-free to go out.

Completely exceeded my expectations! I was just passing through Erlianhot for a day and chose this hotel because it offered free parking, an EV charger, and comfortable bedding. The room was spacious, and there's a charging station downstairs. In the lobby, you can try on traditional ethnic costumes and take photos – the quality of the clothes was surprisingly good! What really amazed me was the breakfast in the restaurant; it was incredibly comprehensive. I even noticed they used Anchor butter, which shows their high standards. They even gave me a delicious latte when I checked out! I genuinely recommend this hotel.

I've stayed here several times when visiting Hohhot. It's conveniently located near downtown attractions, and the breakfast, served in the revolving restaurant on the top floor, is excellent.
