The hotel boasts an excellent central location, right next to a tram stop. At night, the surrounding area is bustling with shops and restaurants. The breakfast area is pleasant, with a good variety of options, and the hotel's service is also commendable. The only drawback is that both elevators seem to have issues, especially one of them. When it stops on a floor, it makes loud banging noises and shakes quite a bit, which can be a bit unsettling.
This review is from a Turkish speaking Tourist :
Things I didn’t like :
1. The BUFFET is not worth it at all for a 5 Star Hotel = honestly it is very underwhelming, there aren’t many Turkish specialities and the desserts are truly just filled with SUGAR. The Coffee was extremely disappointing, it was essentially just hot water with a small coffee earthy aftertaste. Very disappointing for a country known for its strong coffee ! The snack bars have slushy machines that are never cleaned and don’t taste good at all. The ice-creams served in the hotel are essentially RUBBER. As a Turkish man myself, I was very shocked because our country is known for such amazing delicacies. The only great food night was Wednesday night called “TURKISH NIGHT” at the buffet, which they have every Wednesday. The rest of the week is simply generic food.
2. The staff “helping” customers book day trips and taxis is fully SCAMMING foreign customers = I asked this man to help me book a boat trip to SULUADA and he said it would cost me 60€/person. Not knowing that I was Turkish myself, he looked at my face and just wrote 60€ per person on a piece of paper and looked at me🤣 I then told him that i saw tickets on the KLOOK app at 25€ per person and he lied to me saying that I would have to pay at the boat a supplement. I tried leaving and he stopped me and said he could go down to 38€ per person 😂 so I bought the tickets on KLOOK and had an amazing day without any scams haha please don’t believe the prices from the man next to the reception.
3. The spa, the outdoor swimming pool and the fitness center all close at 8 pm. There is essentially nothing to do at the hotel after 8 😅
4. The Hotel clients is essentially made up of 90% RUSSIAN speakers haha I have never seen more Russians in my life, that’s not a truly bad thing just preparing you that the hotel really is trying to accommodate the Russian clientele as much as possible 😅
GOOD THINGS ABOUT THE HOTEL :
1. Maybe because I was a Turkish speaker = the staff (beside the lying salesman haha) was very kind, very much the Turkish warmth and inviting culture. Very much appreciated.
2. For alcohol drinkers, the bar is unlimited if you book the all inclusive pass.
3. The outdoor pool is nice.
4. The check in and checkout process is very simple, but could be also because I speak turkish.
5. There are a few little supermarkets if you want snacks like ice creams, also beautiful walking roads along the beach.
The room was small but cozy, the bed was comfortable, the staff was friendly, and the pool was unfortunately closed, but that was noted in the description. The hotel is located in the old town. There's a kettle, tea, and coffee in the room. I loved everything, but it's a shame there weren't any rooms available the next day. I would have stayed again.
We absolutely loved the hotel! I managed to book it with a fantastic discount through Trip.com. Its location in the old town is ideal – you literally step out into charming streets packed with cafes and restaurants. Plus, they even have beautiful parrots living on the hotel grounds, which was a delightful surprise! The breakfasts were incredibly delicious and varied.
On Trip we booked Kamelya Aishen, but this hotel is closed now, so they provide room in Kamelya Selin which is fine. All inclusive is good to stay with children, food, drinks and ice-cream unlimited. Bar and restaurant is wonderful with good choice of everything!
Big plus + Building nearby the beach with two swimming pool indoor & outdoor.
+Mini club and disco open for kids everyday.
- this hotel not provide toothbrush no toothpaste, so reception said go to shop to buy it...
- noisy housekeeping service when they cleaning rooms from morning until everything very disturbing us!
Excellent choice for connecting at Antalya airport. Clean rooms, nice breakfast, good amenities and very friendly staff. Gave us a complimentary upgrade and perks. Free yellow taxi and shuttle to airport. Recommended!
Amazing location in the heart of Antalya local old town with ease of transport to the beach and local market. Highly recommended for the local view of old city and access to local market. View from the hotel to the city street is amazing . Nice clean pool very friendly staff ready to accommodate you 24*7. We forget to bring our adapter they provided us and one day we have to leave early for our city tour they provided us packed sandwiches with juice and yoghurt . Really so nice of them we really enjoyed our stay and will book again in future.
Only one thing is loud music in the night but staff understand and accommodate us with nice room at the top . Less than 10minutes to beautiful beach

Head down to the water and enjoy a day at the private beach, or take advantage of other recreational amenities including a nightclub and a waterslide. Additional features at this hotel include wireless internet access (surcharge), concierge services, and babysitting (surcharge).
Enjoy a meal at the restaurant, or stay in and take advantage of the hotel's 24-hour room service. Mingle with other guests at the complimentary reception, held daily. Relax with a refreshing drink at the beach bar, the poolside bar, or one of 2 bars/lounges. A complimentary buffet breakfast is served daily from 7:30 AM to 10:00 AM.

Wireless internet access (surcharge) keeps you connected, and satellite programming is available for your entertainment. Private bathrooms with showers feature hair dryers and slippers. Conveniences include phones, as well as safes and complimentary bottled water.
The door is an electronic card door, which is quite safe. There is a bar next to the hotel, and there will be music at three or four in the morning. People who need a quiet environment to sleep are not recommended here. The overall environment is OK. There is a smell of disinfectant in the room. The hair dryer is aging and the wires are exposed but it can be used. The toilet is clean. It was sealed when I first entered. The shower door is a bit difficult to close. Small towels and large bath towels are provided, but after cleaning the next day, the bath towels were folded and placed on the ground. It feels like no new towels were replaced. There is a towel blanket on the bed, which is relatively thin. There are replacement thick blankets in the closet, which are quite good and can be chosen by yourself. Disposable slippers are provided, but there is no toothbrush and toothpaste.
The advantage is that it is quite close to the pier. The pier is full of island hopping boats. You can make an appointment to go out to sea to see the sea. It is very convenient. There are also many souvenir shops.
The boss can speak English and can still communicate (the English penetration rate in Turkey is really not high)

We stayed at the Holiday Inn Antalya for our honeymoon and had a lovely experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. We really appreciated the thoughtful honeymoon decorations — it added a special touch to our stay. The complimentary Starbucks drinks were a pleasant surprise and definitely appreciated!
One small hiccup was the air conditioning — due to the cold weather, it was turned off by default and we had to call reception to enable it. Thankfully, the staff responded promptly and resolved it quickly.
Overall, a great stay with warm hospitality. Would definitely recommend!

DDanish ShadabNot very satisfied with the room size and other services. I booked my room inclusive of breakfast and dinner. Set breakfast with minimum spread. Dinner was also set with only three options to choose from.
Great hotel, very clean & had everything needed. Love the design and the interior of the rooms, so good to have multiple mirrors! The sea view balcony with the outdoor bed was amazing. Stunning views and a good enough location. Not sure where the private beach was though?!
This hotel is quite beautiful in terms of its location and view. Dinner at the evening bistro, the complimentary detox water offered at the beach in the morning, and the sea are magnificent.
The service was very good.. The hotel workers were friendly and helpful. Food was delicious, also a lot of vegetables. The atmosphere was relaxed and nice.
Concorde is absolutely stunning, but it’s the people who make it truly special. From the moment we arrived we were greeted with genuine warmth, and every member of staff was friendly, attentive and professional without being stuffy.A delicious food and drinks , top Turkish coffee . I wanna say special Thank You to Mrs Tulay Basdemir she made are stay even more special her with recommendations and care.We can’t wait to return 🙂
We rented the hotel for a day. The room is small, but everything is there. Breakfast is included, buffet. The staff is friendly, they love animals. Cozy hotel. There is a swimming pool, but it is located in a closed area from the sun.
A very good hotel. Because it was the off-season, there were not many people, so the store gave us a room in a separate villa, which was very quiet. There is also a washing machine and refrigerator. The restaurant staff are also friendly and courteous, and the food is fresh. The fireplace is warm and cozy.

The view from the hotel is amazing. You get a clear view of the beach along with a partial view of the mountains and the city which is amazing. There is a balcony so you can sit there and enjoy the view to your hearts content and this view does not get old or boring. The hotel is however far from the main city which is Kaleci or Lara beach and it takes a good 15 minute drive to get there which gets expensive by taxi. The hotel is big with a huge lobby and offer everything from a pool table to a spa. It has a patisserie which is part of the all inclusive and you can eat ice cream and other goodies there as well as relax in their lounges. The food and the constant snacks keep one full and happy. Pool is also amazing. All in all the hotel had a lot of things to offer and was definitely value for money. Rooms however were quite small.
