The hotel does not have a self-service washing machine or dryer, which is the only small drawback."

After reporting that the mini-fridge door in my room was stuck upon checkout and waiting 2 hours for a resolution that didn't come, the front desk clerk promptly refunded me one night's stay. My customer satisfaction is directly 👍

TTriciaMy husband and I came to Hilton Lake Las Vegas to spend our 7th wedding anniversary. Check in went very smoothly. Shortly after our check in we received a complimentary bottle of champagne and chocolate covered strawberries. It was a very welcoming surprise which we genuinely appreciated. We had booked a couples massage at their spa and were very pleased with their services. It was quite relaxing and exactly what we needed! Our room was very clean and quiet. We ordered in room service for breakfast and the food was very much to our liking! We’ve stayed at this resort several times prior and have always been pleased with our stay there. We will definitely be back!

GGuest UserThe location is very convenient and definitely one of the best things about the hotel. However, I think the hotel is in need of renovation, as some areas feel quite dated.
Unfortunately, the self-service check-in machines were not working during my stay, so I had to wait in a queue at the reception desk instead. Overall, the location is great, but the hotel would benefit from some updates and better functioning check-in facilities.

We really enjoyed the Main Street Hotel. It's a charming hotel with an old Las Vegas style. Our room was large, very clean, and we had a great view from the 12th floor. Even though Fremont Street is just a few minutes away, it was surprisingly quiet in the room and we slept very well.
Check-in was super quick and easy, the staff was friendly, and parking was also included. For anyone who wants to explore Downtown Las Vegas and Fremont Street, the location is truly perfect.
We would definitely stay here again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Wwannabebackpackergood for the price. very nice stay with a super comfy king-sized bed. shower was great with nice soap. tower rooms were new and clean. decent view from out the window. good location / walking distance to other places within the strip. close to the tram to take to other hotels if needed. easy check in. didn't smell. day tripped to canyons.

GGuest UserI chose this hotel specifically for its gym. The gym is well-equipped with a full set of high-end Life Fitness equipment. The room itself is spacious and quiet. Although the hotel is a bit older, its overall quality is still excellent. There's no kettle or coffee machine in the room, so I'd recommend bringing your own; however, it does have a refrigerator. Overall, it offers great value for money, and the view from the window is also quite nice.

AAmy2003I stayed 4 days in this hotel. The service was good and it was on the Strip , you can go walking anywhere, also has a bus stop near and is easy to move from . The thing is that at least my room has some details. One of my towels had 2 holes, the wall had something on it that I don’t even know what is it. On the bathroom there where things that doesn’t look that clean as they supposed to be, and the space for the minibar was empty. In general, everything is old, and you can notice that is not been restored for years .

GGuest UserThe staff was very helpful and friendly during my stay. I had to extend my stay and they were so accommodating which allowed me to attend to family needs. They had many food options and the gift shop came in handy for last minute needs.
