Once you enter Wuzhen, no other Jiangnan town will compare. It's not just a classical ink painting with its small bridges, flowing water, white walls, and black tiles; it also boasts profound historical and cultural heritage, vibrant modern artistic energy, and a new lease on life thanks to smart technology. What ancient town can truly rival Wuzhen? Choosing a guesthouse within the scenic area brought many pleasant surprises: ① Free Wi-Fi covers the entire scenic area, with stable signal everywhere. ② Luggage can be directly handed to the host for transport, making the whole trip light and hassle-free. ③ Enjoy exclusive breakfast benefits for early risers, offering an authentic local experience. ④ The accommodation fee includes a 150 RMB ticket to the West Scenic Zone and shuttle bus service. During your stay, you can re-enter and exit the scenic area multiple times using facial recognition, making travel convenient and worry-free. The graceful waterscape combined with attentive service makes for a truly happy and comfortable experience. Wuzhen is absolutely amazing! Wuzhen guesthouses are absolutely amazing! Perspective determines outlook, outlook guides choices, choices dictate actions, and actions ultimately shape one's future. May Wuzhen's gentle water town charm remain, may time be peaceful, and its ancient allure endure!

Facilities: Very good, good quality. Hygiene: Clean and tidy. Environment: Nice surroundings, very close to West Lake, about a ten-minute walk. Service: Excellent. It's an old hotel, but the facilities are well-maintained. Overall, it's a very good experience with high value for money. I'll definitely stay here again if I have the chance.

The service was excellent and very polite; they helped me with my luggage and showed me to my room. The cleanliness was also great, everything was spotless. They even upgraded me to a suite for free, which was very spacious and located on the 5th floor. The environment and everything else were quite good, and it was convenient to go downstairs for shopping and dining. Futian Phase II is right across the street, super close. The room facilities were complete. I've stayed here for so long that I'm now spoiled for other hotels. Overall, I'm very satisfied.

Let's start with the positives: the service was quite good, with all staff members being polite and friendly. Although the location seemed a bit out of the way, it's very close to the subway, making it convenient to visit Dongqian Lake or take a taxi to several attractions. The bed was also quite comfortable. However, what was unbearable was the soundproofing. During the May Day holiday, Ningbo's municipal construction was non-stop. Cement trucks started operating at 6 AM, and we could hear the construction noise crystal clear. The 'smart' Xiao Du speaker was overly sensitive, lighting up the screen and turning on the bathroom light at the slightest movement. We didn't dare ask it to turn off the lights or screen for fear of disturbing our family's sleep. The most unbearable thing was that the shower room was directly connected to the outside. Our junior high school-aged child found it incredibly inconvenient to change clothes due to the lack of a partition. What a 'genius' designer! The toilet and shower room were also transparent. The bathroom door was broken and took forever to open. Switching between hot and cold water was impossible; it was either scalding hot or freezing cold. The facilities simply don't match the service quality. The staff, however, were all great 👍

Facilities: Comprehensive Hygiene: Very clean Environment: Excellent Service: Superb Quzhou is a prefecture-level city under the jurisdiction of Zhejiang Province. We stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton for a self-driving trip during the National Day holiday. Parking was convenient and free, the service was warm, and the accommodations were comfortable. We were extremely satisfied. The hotel is very close to historical and cultural attractions like Quzhou Ancient City Wall, Shuijingmen Scenic Area, Kong Family Temple of the Southern Branch, and Quzhou Museum. We went exploring in the evening, and the ancient city was bustling with activity – it was fantastic!

Facilities: The room features smart controls for lighting, TV, curtains, and even the toilet, which is excellent and modern. The decor style is also exactly to my taste. Unfortunately, all the family rooms are on the second floor, and the soundproofing in the surrounding rooms isn't great. Cleanliness: The room was neat and tidy, and all the necessary amenities were provided. Service: I especially want to commend the cleaning staff; they were very friendly and always willing to help. The front desk offers complimentary ice cream, freshly ground coffee, tea, and roasted sweet potatoes. On the 9th floor, there are free washing machines and dryers. Breakfast: It's a typical Chinese breakfast, with all the usual offerings – solid and satisfactory.

Bbing 2026.05.04
First, the positives: The hotel's location is excellent, right next to the subway, making it super convenient to get to West Lake and Wulin Night Market! Although the facilities aren't brand new and the room isn't huge, the bed is very wide, which was comfortable even with a child. The breakfast was also good, especially the restaurant staff who were all very enthusiastic. Now, for an unpleasant experience during my first visit to Hangzhou: The night before, I booked a car from Hangzhou to Wuzhen via Trip.com. The estimated fare was 200 yuan (about 50 yuan more expensive than other platforms). The next morning at 10 AM, the driver arrived punctually at the Zhejiang Hotel lobby to pick us up. After we got in the car, the driver said that in addition to the booked fare, we needed to pay an extra 50 yuan for the return trip! The driver had contacted me the previous evening after I booked the car at 6 PM, but he hadn't mentioned any return trip fee then. This led to an argument with the driver. He claimed it was standard practice, while I argued he should have clarified it when he called me the day before (I purposefully booked via Trip.com knowing it was more expensive than private cars, precisely to avoid such haggling!). At this point, a man in a white shirt from Zhejiang Hotel (I'm not sure if he was security or a bellhop) came over and shooed us away, telling us not to cause a disturbance! I want to ask this employee: when a hotel guest encounters a problem, shouldn't you be helping to resolve it? What right do you have to drive away customers? What was your motive and intention? Are you and the driver from the same hometown? Trying to scare out-of-town tourists? Is this how your Zhejiang culture and tourism department teaches you to trick visitors? Then, a man in a suit came out, who I later learned was the manager of Zhejiang Hotel. And indeed, the manager's professionalism was evident! He first calmed us down and explained that such situations happen often and that the driver should have informed us in advance. This was precisely my point; I booked the car a day in advance to avoid any last-minute complications! I don't want to take advantage of anyone, and if the driver had told me the day before, I would have had many other options. Therefore, I urge the hotel to retrain that man in the white shirt! He was severely derelict in his duty and cast a bad light on the hotel!

Hotel near Xiaoshan Airport/Hangzhou Convention and Exhibition Center,Hangzhou
AArina Durdina 2026.03.29
We stayed at Holiday Inn Express, and overall we have no complaints about the hotel itself. The property is very well located — only about six minutes by car from the airport. This was exactly why we chose it: we were arriving very late, close to 1 a.m., and we were traveling with our 4-year-old child. We needed a hotel as close as possible so we could get some sleep immediately after landing. Another important criterion for us was a good breakfast, to wake up, eat, and continue our trip. The room was spacious, with a very comfortable bed and quality linens. Everything necessary was provided, and the bathroom facilities were modern and clean. However, there is one major issue that future guests should be aware of. If you arrive late at night and choose this hotel because of its proximity to the airport, please take a taxi and do not rely on the hotel’s pickup service. This was our biggest disappointment. We spent almost an hour trying to follow the directions sent to us via WeChat, but the staff were not able to provide clear instructions. They also never mentioned that the shuttle runs only once per hour at fixed times. For example, the shuttle time was 1:08 a.m., and we landed at 12:30 a.m. If the staff had simply told us that we could not make it, we would have taken a taxi immediately. Instead, we received a message at 1:07 saying “please hurry,” even though we had been walking in the completely wrong direction due to unclear guidance. Traveling with a child, we lost more than an hour and then had to wait outside even longer. Breakfast was another point of confusion. At check-in, we were told breakfast was served until 10:30. We arrived at 10:35, only to learn it actually ends at 10:00. Thankfully, the restaurant staff were extremely kind and prepared breakfast especially for us — eggs, salad, bread, yogurt for the child, and fruit. This human touch truly made a difference, and we appreciate their warm service. Overall, this is a good hotel with an excellent location, but the information about the shuttle service and breakfast times should be communicated more clearly. I hope this helps other travelers plan better. 我们入住的是 Holiday Inn Express(智选假日酒店)。

The breakfast area was lovely, and the food tasted great. The location was super easy to find, and the hotel was very clean. It's really close to Wuma Street, but still quiet because it has solid walls, not just partitions. Everyone working there was so friendly and always smiling. Plus, there's complimentary tea and drinks on the first floor!

SShouzhongdedaoI come to Hangzhou every year. This time I chose to stay on Longjing Tea Mountain. After comparing several hotels on Ctrip, I feel that Hangzhou Radisson Longjing Manor is more suitable. The hotel is on the tea mountain of Longjing Village. There are tea gardens everywhere. Farmers can pick tea and make tea everywhere on the roadside. The environment is very good. The service of the hotel is very thoughtful. Xiao Chen at the front desk is proficient in business and can meet the requirements of customers as much as possible. We want a room with a better location, so he took us upstairs to choose a room and upgraded the room type for us for free; we stayed in the room and didn’t want to go out, and they gave us a lot of extra bottled water for us to make tea. The rooms in the hotel are very spacious, and each room can see the beautiful scenery outside the window. The linens are clean and comfortable, and all kinds of facilities are complete. The Longjing tea delivered in the room is very fresh and fragrant. Especially for breakfast, although there are not many dishes, the tastes of the several favorite ones are good. The chef’s fried eggs are in place, and the noodles are better than those in restaurants outside. I couldn’t help but eat three servings. I checked out late, and when I checked out, I met the front desk lady Chen again. She brought us water and sent us to the car. I accidentally broke a glass, but she waived our compensation, which made me feel warm! Compared with other hotels in the same area, it may not be the best in the grade, and some hardware is also aging, but considering the environment, service, price and other aspects, if I come to Hangzhou Chashan to live again, I will choose Radisson Longjing Manor.

Jjacqueline0801The hotel rooms are spacious, and the bathrooms are quite large. Each room has a balcony, and the rooftop garden offers views of West Lake, Baoshi Mountain, and the Baochu Pagoda. The breakfast is abundant and delicious. The location is excellent, very close to Bai Causeway, and the Wulin Night Market is right next door. The subway station is also nearby, making it convenient for getting around. Overall, it offers great value for money.

AAnonymous UserOverall, this was a good stay with some truly special aspects, but also a few areas that could be improved. The hotel is quite remote, which makes it feel very private and peaceful, surrounded by nature such as the lake, forest, and mountains. Even though we visited other viewpoints around Qiandao Lake, this location felt more special because of its quiet and secluded setting. The hotel itself feels like a destination, with scenic viewpoints, a garden with a lake, a cave, and even trekking trails to explore. The garden area includes a swan lake, which is a nice idea. However, the swans are kept in a very small netted space. It does not look great visually and feels restrictive for the animals, which took away from the experience. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a very comfortable bed that was not too soft or too hard. Sound insulation was excellent, which made for great sleep. I also requested a firmer pillow, and it was provided quickly. The lake view room upgrade was a highlight. The view was stunning and made it hard to leave the room. If you stay here, I would strongly recommend booking a lake view room. The layout was nice, with both a balcony and a window view. The thick frame dividing the view slightly affected the overall feel, but it was not a major issue. The bathtub was also a nice addition. Cleaning was good overall. The AC did not work very well during the hot midday hours, although it was fine at other times of the day. Facilities such as the gym, yoga room, pool, and game room were nice additions. However, they felt quite standard for a five-star hotel, and I have experienced better quality in similar properties. One great feature was the free Tesla charging, but this was not communicated at all. We only discovered it by chance, which is a missed opportunity as it is a strong benefit. Breakfast was acceptable but not at the expected level. The coffee and bakery were the weakest parts. Ordering is done via QR code instead of in person, which felt a bit impersonal for a luxury hotel atmosphere. Service during breakfast also felt a bit off, as staff seemed focused on their tasks and were not very proactive in guiding or prioritizing guests, which made the experience feel less warm and not the kindest. Service was generally kind and friendly, but inconsistent at times. Some staff could benefit from additional training, as not everyone followed typical five-star service standards such as greeting guests or offering priority. Another disappointment was the welcome fruit, which was included in our package but not provided on arrival. After we asked, a staff member came carrying items for multiple rooms in a bag and handed us just one apple and one peach. This felt unprofessional although something very small. Another point worth noting is that the hotel was originally booked as an InterContinental, but about 1-2 weeks before arrival it was no longer part of the brand (somehow on Trip.com it still says intercontinental). Not sure if this impacted the experience, but overall it did feel slightly below what you might expect from that level, even though the stay itself was still enjoyable. The hotel also offers free Tesla charging, which is a great feature. However, this was not communicated at all during or before our stay, and we only discovered it by chance. This feels like a missed opportunity, as it is a strong benefit that could add significant value for guests I did not try lunch or dinner, so I cannot comment on those. Overall, this is a very peaceful and unique stay with amazing natural surroundings and a beautiful lake view. However, some service and operational details need improvement to truly match a luxury standard.

JJoy ong 88I originally booked the Marriott, but then I saw that the Jindou Hotel had incredibly high ratings online, a 9.7 score. I thought I'd give it a try, so I canceled the Marriott and switched to Jindou. To my surprise, it exceeded all expectations and absolutely lived up to its online reviews. First off, the price was very reasonable. The room was a newly renovated, non-smoking room, clean and tidy. The hotel butler, service staff, and the cleaning ladies on our floor deserve special praise; they were incredibly responsive and accommodating. They truly went above and beyond. We had a late flight, and the hotel was very understanding, allowing us to extend our check-out until 4 PM. This level of customer service is truly outstanding, far surpassing even the Shangri-La. My last business trip here, I stayed at the Yiwu Shangri-La, and frankly, it was a disaster. This experience also changed our mindset; we usually stick to international five-star chains for business trips. The Yiwu Jindou has completely impressed us. Plus, they included a complimentary all-day buffet for three meals! This is a huge bonus, and I've never encountered a hotel that offers this. We travel frequently for work, almost every month, but this is the first time we've experienced such service. And it wasn't just a half-hearted effort because it was free; all three daily meals were thoughtfully prepared with a good variety. This will definitely be our go-to hotel for future business trips to Yiwu. I've already recommended it to many friends. It truly deserves a five-star review. Oh, and the old street across from the hotel is also worth exploring!

GGuest UserThe hotel staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast spread was fantastic and very satisfying. Our room was cozy and comfortable. My only minor suggestion would be to upgrade the pillow selection, perhaps adding memory foam pillows. The hotel isn't super close to attractions, but taxis are readily available right outside the entrance, making it very convenient. Plus, there's a huge variety of takeout options from the surrounding in77 mall – you'll be spoiled for choice!

GGuest UserEvery time I'm on a business trip to Ningbo, I stay here; it feels just like home. The service is excellent, with a WeChat concierge almost 24/7, always ready to help with anything you need. Especially Miya, who always contacts me in advance before my check-in to reserve my preferred room. The hotel breakfast is very good. The hotel facilities are top-notch among domestic five-star hotels. The gym is huge, and there's also a sauna, yoga room, squash court, and a tennis court with a dedicated coach, which is very convenient. The only downside is the slow Wi-Fi. Personally, I think this hotel ranks first among all the five-star hotels in Ningbo for its overall offerings.

AAnonymous UserFinally found my dream mountain hot spring B&B, hidden deep within Anji's vast bamboo forests. The minimalist black architecture stands out strikingly amidst the lush greenery. Check-in was super smooth; the butler proactively helped with luggage. The private hot spring in the room was perfect – soaking in the warm water while watching the mountain mist and swaying bamboo shadows, and even stargazing at night. Breakfast and afternoon tea were also excellent. It's only a ten-minute drive from Yunshang Grassland, so after skiing, you can relax in the private hot spring – a double dose of healing! The service details were impeccable, they even delivered warm sweet soup to my door as a goodnight treat. I'll definitely stay here again next time!

GGuest UserMy expectations were fully met, and the hotel lived up to the hype. The only minor drawback is that check-in isn't until 3:30 PM (though earlier check-in is possible if rooms are available), but this hotel is just incredibly popular. The hotel boasts numerous rooms with an exceptionally high occupancy rate and a variety of room types. Stepping inside, there's a magical sense of calm. For the same price, you might only get a standard room in Shanghai, but here we enjoyed a lake view suite. The service was also top-notch; my family felt right at home, praising the hospitality. It was money well spent. Even during the holiday, the swimming pool and hot spring weren't overcrowded, which speaks to excellent management, as reservations are required. Since it's winter, swimming was a bit chilly. However, there's also a sizable, slightly warmer children's pool area, which is absolutely fantastic.
