Overall, the Five Star Bay Hotel is pretty good. The room facilities and amenities are complete, and some of the features felt quite thoughtful. There's a smart assistant that can control the curtains and TV. Also, the bathroom has a retractable clothesline, which I found very convenient for drying clothes. The front desk staff were very attentive; every time I walked past, they'd greet me with a smile, which felt very warm. The environment is also very nice, and the location is excellent. I would recommend it to friends.

Our stay was fantastic! Special thanks to Ms. Zhan at the front desk for her thoughtful service and help during check-in. She upgraded our room when possible and gave us recommendations for evening activities. What really stood out was when she offered us two warm, yes, warm walnut cookies – they were so comforting and delicious, like coming home, especially since we were a bit hungry! We extended our stay for another night, and Ms. Jia at the front desk was equally warm and attentive. The entire hotel, from its facilities to its soft services, feels grand and well-designed. The bedding is incredibly comfortable, and the breakfast and dinner buffets offer a wide variety of choices. I also appreciate their strong commitment to environmental protection, with trash cans that have ditched plastic bags – excellent!

From the moment I stepped through the doors, the serene and spacious garden-like atmosphere instantly put me at ease. The service team was impeccably polite and discreet. The room, bedding, and bathroom were clean and comfortable, and they even thoughtfully provided a tableware sterilizer and a wide variety of welcome fruits. The hotel's gardens offer a beautiful view with every step, elegant and picturesque. Fushan Park, right next to the hotel, is breathtakingly refreshing; I highly recommend a morning stroll there for a dose of negative oxygen ions. The local specialty snacks at breakfast were exquisite, authentic, and diverse. It's a shame my trip was so rushed that I couldn't experience the hotel's photography service – a minor regret! I will definitely choose Shaoxing Hotel again next time I visit Shaoxing!

Staying at this B&B during New Year's was a bit pricey, but I figured staying right in the scenic area would save travel time and enhance the experience. And staying at B&B No. 70 was definitely worth it! You open the door and windows to stunning views. Upon arrival, the host offered warm tea to ward off the cold, and inside, a sweet little blessing card and a red envelope brought so much joy. We ordered breakfast at the B&B on the first day, and to our surprise, it was a huge portion! Even after half a day of playing, the kids wanted to eat at the B&B again. When we got back from exploring, we found sweet little tangerines waiting for us – such a refreshing treat after a tiring journey. The room was simple but very clean and tidy, with all amenities provided. The host was professional, attentive, and incredibly warm. Being able to enjoy satisfying meals right at our 'doorstep,' combined with the wonderful emotional value and convenience, made us completely forget the crowded bustling of the popular scenic area. I'm already looking forward to staying here again!

What truly surprised us was not just the breakfast, but also a simple lunch and afternoon tea! The hotel's location is also fantastic – less than 2km from Jiangxinyu Island and about 400 meters from Wuma Street, making it very convenient for getting around. A delightful surprise was finding roasted sweet potatoes waiting for us when we returned to the hotel in the evening. And upon checkout the next day, we were given some local Wenzhou snacks. Definitely highly recommended!

To celebrate my son's birthday and catch the last bit of autumn, I took my parents to visit a nearby Jiangnan water town. We ended up choosing Jiaxing because I saw many reviews praising the comfort of Jiaxing Hotel, and a friend also recommended it. We stayed for two nights. Initially, I booked a twin room on the first floor for my parents and two rooms on the second floor for my son and me. Upon arrival, they offered a free upgrade for my parents, allowing us to stay on the same floor for easier care, which was incredibly thoughtful. When I made the reservation, I mentioned it was for a birthday celebration. The hotel even prepared a cake for us that evening! We also had dinner at the hotel's Chinese restaurant, and they gave us some noodles as well. The hotel is located within the South Lake Scenic Area, and with the room key, you can access the scenic area directly through several small gates – that's a huge plus! I also want to thank the young lady on duty in the lobby on the afternoon of December 5th. Before my trip, I bought 98-yuan lake tour tickets online. I asked her about the route for the next day, and she suggested I cancel those and re-purchase tickets for the Hao Guta Pier, which were only 60 yuan each. The pier was right next to the hotel. Finally, upon check-out, each room received a gift of Jiaxing Zongzi – a local specialty! I must particularly rave about the hotel's autumn scenery – it's absolutely stunning! The red leaves, ginkgo trees, stone bridges, ancient pagodas, weeping willows, and tour boats, set against the sunrise and sunset, create a breathtaking painting of Jiangnan.

Traveling to Huzhou with my parents, our stay at the Sheraton Huzhou Hot Spring Resort was filled with warmth and delightful surprises. Upon learning that we were traveling with elderly parents and celebrating a family birthday, Lucy proactively upgraded us from a Lake View Family Room to a spacious Lake View Suite, ensuring my parents had a more comfortable and relaxing stay. What was even more touching was that she specially prepared a birthday cake and decorated the room beautifully. The surprise and warmth in that moment deeply moved my family. Lucy's dedication and professionalism added a special touch to our Huzhou trip, leaving us with a profound and wonderful impression of the Sheraton Huzhou.

This hotel's hygiene is truly impeccable; the room was spotless and the bedding incredibly comfortable, making for a very pleasant stay. The service was also top-notch, with the front desk staff being absolutely fantastic 👍🏼. The hotel offers a convenient shuttle bus service to and from the airport terminal 👍🏼. Plus, it's very close to the hotel's subway station.

The room was clean and tidy, facing the residential area, so it was relatively quiet. The location is excellent, right next to a subway station and a well-known chain hotel, offering good value for money. If you exit the hotel, turn right a few steps, then turn left, you'll find an alley lined with residential buildings. This means you can easily find local eateries in the morning. There's an 'Ant Noodle Shop' that is particularly delicious; their beef brisket wonton noodles are clean and tidy, with plenty of beef brisket and a clear, flavorful beef broth. The hotel even delivered a hot bowl of wontons in the evening, which were also very tasty. All of these things made my trip to Ningbo a wonderful memory!
