Facilities: Adequate. Cleanliness: Stayed for 3 nights in total, and they proactively cleaned the room daily. Environment: Great location, right across the street from the Catholic Church. The building on the other side of the bridge is the Jilin City Museum. It's also convenient to get around by taxi. Executive Privileges (one item of laundry and 10 pages of printing/copying at the business center): Didn't use them. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of options, including Northeastern specialties like frozen pears, frozen persimmons, and sticky bean buns. We enjoyed the river view while eating by the window, and the kids loved it!

It's very close to the train station, which is convenient for train travel. The room decor is a bit dated, so don't expect anything modern, but considering the price, it's quite clean and offers great value for money. The breakfast selection is decent and covers the basics, and they even had watermelon despite the cold weather.

Stepping into the Grand Hyatt Changchun again, a familiar warmth enveloped me. On the coffee table lay a handwritten welcome card – the same familiar handwriting, a faint scent of ink, like a note left by an old friend. I've stayed here countless times; I'm no longer just a guest, but someone returning home. The hotel remembers my preferences, and they take the time to carefully craft a 'welcome back' that feels like poetry. No matter how rushed my travels, seeing those words immediately puts my mind at ease. It's not a perfunctory printout, but a sincere, handwritten gesture. In an era where everything is fast-paced, it's truly a gentle touch of hospitality when someone is willing to slow down for you. My heart settled. This, perhaps, is what true, elevated hospitality looks like: no templates, just heartfelt care.

Facilities: As part of the Hilton chain, the hotel offers high safety standards, and the breakfast boasts a wide variety of local specialties. Service: The front desk staff were incredibly warm and attentive, proactively offering assistance. They enthusiastically recommended local dishes and even provided paper maps for navigating. Its prime location makes getting to various attractions by taxi exceptionally convenient. This will definitely be my top choice for accommodation next time I visit Yanji. Environment: Clean and tidy.

My experience at Shangri-La Changchun was absolutely perfect. The hotel is located in the city center, making transportation convenient and getting around a breeze. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with excellent soundproofing, ensuring a good night's sleep even in a roadside room. The service details were impeccable; the front desk staff, especially a young lady, was warm and attentive, even offering complimentary breakfast for my child. Breakfast was abundant and delicious. Check-in was efficient and swift, with a professional and friendly attitude, and they were always ready to assist. The gym and heated pool facilities are well-equipped, and I'd love to try them out next time. This will definitely be my first choice when I visit Changchun again.

The hotel's location is a bit remote, but that's typical for hot spring hotels. I communicated with the front desk a few days before arrival. I sent them my high-speed rail information and scheduled a pickup at Changbaishan Station. So, despite the somewhat remote location, the hotel's shuttle service was excellent. The front desk staff were also very good. When I arrived, I had intended for the front desk to book a rafting trip for me, but it turned out the hotel's contract with the rafting company had expired, so we had to sort it out ourselves. (I had inquired with the front desk a week prior, and they said it could be arranged there. I was surprised to find upon arrival that the hotel had just canceled its contract with the rafting company.) I want to be clear, I'm not blaming the hotel; it was just bad luck. I do hope the hotel can continue to assist out-of-towners in the future, as foreigners often face difficulties booking things in China without local phone numbers. I wanted to see Tianchi Lake, but it was closed all three days I was there. Rafting was also out. So, I ended up staying at the hotel. However, I enjoyed several hot spring baths, visited the gym, and the hotel can also arrange skiing for you. We didn't go skiing because we had elderly people with us. So, staying at the hotel wasn't bad at all. There are only two restaurants: a Korean restaurant and the hotel's buffet. The food was good, but the dinner shrimp seemed to be limited. I arrived at 7:30 PM and only got two shrimp, while my dad got five. Then there were none left, and the restaurant staff didn't replenish them. The room was very large and clean. I particularly liked the rooms at this hotel. The hot spring has both indoor and outdoor sections. I might return in the future.

I originally booked a traditional Korean heated ondol floor, which was very unique. However, I found it a bit too hard, and the hotel immediately helped me switch to a family room. The efficiency was impressive. The hotel breakfast also had a lot of local flavor. The hotel service was exceptionally thoughtful; every detail was touching~ Special shout-out to Service Manager No. 3 [rose][rose][rose] for their warm and attentive service.

This hotel boasts an excellent location, making getting around super convenient. Right across the street is the morning floating market. I have to mention the breakfast – it's incredibly varied and delicious! The room was fully equipped, the humidifier worked wonderfully, and it was so warm inside you couldn't even feel the cold outside. Plus, the VIP manager even gave us a small gift at checkout. Overall, a really great hotel experience.

Right as I entered the hotel, the front desk offered me a bottle of hot water to warm my hands. I also redeemed a welcome fruit with just 1 point on Ctrip. The hotel breakfast was good, and it's about 300 meters from the subway station, so the location is quite convenient. The room is a bit small but has everything you need; it was perfect for a solo traveler. I mainly booked this place because all the other hotels had jacked up their prices for New Year's Day; the hotel I stayed at the night before literally doubled in price... This place barely raised its rates, which made it an exceptional value in comparison. I didn't expect the service to be this good either. Highly recommend.

GGuest UserThis is our second time staying at Jinhua Suite Hotel this snow season! Manager Tang Xiaohan from the hotel called and messaged us on WeChat beforehand to understand all our needs in detail. During our stay, she'd remind us about the weather every day and even proactively offered hand warmers when it was cold. I especially want to thank Manager Tang for her exceptional dedication in helping us arrange a ski instructor for our child. When one day's ski lesson couldn't be booked, Manager Tang tirelessly helped me refresh the mini-program every day to see if there were any available instructors. It truly touched this old mother's heart! The hotel's location is super convenient for skiing; the ski center and restaurants are right downstairs. The hotel also has its own laundry room, which is a great plus. See you next snow season!

ZZhoujinchen~Transitioning from the Wanda Hyatt to this hotel was like moving from hell to heaven. The price was comparable (even 100 cheaper), yet everything, from service to amenities, was vastly superior. Upon entering the room, we found honey tea already brewed in a thermos and a beautifully arranged fruit platter. (They provide different nightly tea drinks and fresh fruit daily throughout your stay, featuring local specialties like peaches and blueberries.) The in-room coffee and tea selection were elevated by several notches, and we even received a small jar of linden honey (it was so delicious, I ended up buying some!). In the evenings, the lobby bar offered complimentary beverages and alcoholic drinks. The Hyatt, on the other hand, only had a selection of chargeable snacks and drinks, with common fruits like apples and bananas only available on the day of check-in. The hot spring pools here offer an unbeatable view, and the overall hot spring environment is fantastic. We even spotted several chipmunks! Going in the afternoon meant there was hardly anyone around, allowing us to take photos freely. The Wanda's summer hot springs, however, were a stark contrast – it was like a sardine can, with people crammed around every pool, and a 2-3 person queue for each shower (though strangely, the men's showers had no queues). Given that this hotel is less crowded, we were always able to snag a lovely window seat for breakfast. The breakfast spread was incredibly refined, featuring delicacies like shrimp dumplings, siu mai, soup dumplings, chicken feet, spare ribs, and large prawns. They also offered different noodle dishes daily, including Tonkotsu ramen. The soy milk and various porridges were significantly superior to the mass-produced options often found elsewhere. While the sheer variety might not match that of bustling, queue-heavy hotels like the Hyatt, it absolutely triumphs in terms of quality! This hotel provides a full set of children's amenities, including adorable slippers, bathrobes, and even kid-friendly body lotion. In stark contrast, the Hyatt only offered children's slippers and bathrobes (during my multi-day stay, one day they even missed the bathrobe entirely), with absolutely no other provisions – even the toothbrushes provided were adult-sized. The shuttle service here is excellent: a private car and dedicated driver for each family. They were also very helpful with luggage, and the timing was always perfect – we'd just finish exploring the area and the car would be ready to pick us up. If I were forced to find a fault, it would be that the flooring in some areas felt a bit old and had a tendency to creak.
