As soon as I entered the hotel, the handsome concierge helped me carry my luggage, showed me the way enthusiastically, and told me where to eat and where to have fun. It felt like an old friend who hadn't seen me for many years. The check-in at the front desk was also very smooth, and they helped me arrange a quiet non-smoking room. It was very considerate and the service exceeded my expectations. The room was clean and tidy, spacious and bright, the bed was very comfortable, and the big bathtub was perfect. It was so comfortable to take a hot bath at night. I fell asleep quickly. It snowed in Fushun, and the snow scene was so beautiful. The facilities in the hotel are also very complete, with a gym and a swimming pool. I went swimming a few laps when I had nothing to do, and it felt very refreshing. The location is also good. There are shopping malls and snack streets outside, and it is convenient to go anywhere. Speaking of food, the breakfast is so rich that it makes people dazzled. There are all kinds of Chinese and Western food, especially the bread and desserts are great. The experience is very good, and the price-performance ratio is absolutely high. It is worth the money and recommended.

This is my second stay at Shangri-La, and it was just as delightful as the first! They contacted me a day in advance to discuss check-in, and even prepared a special pillow and toiletries for my child. My license plate was also pre-registered. The room was clean and tidy, well-equipped, and the bedding was so comfortable I slept soundly. Selina from Guest Relations provided warm and attentive service, making check-in and check-out a breeze. The hotel's location is excellent, right opposite MixC City, accessible via an underground pass, and parking is convenient. Breakfast was plentiful, and the Horizon Club offered exquisite à la carte dishes. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in Shenyang!

We had a wonderful stay at the Yingkou Wanda Yihua Hotel. The check-in was fast and smooth, and our Executive Deluxe Sea-View Room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable with a fantastic bed. The highlight was the large private balcony offering breathtaking views over the beach, the sea, and the harbor. Breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh Chinese dishes along with some Western options, and everything was well organized even during the busy Golden Week. We can also highly recommend the dinner buffet with its excellent selection of fresh seafood, grilled lamb, and steaks. The entire staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive. A special thanks goes to Mia Wang, who supported us so kindly and made our stay even more enjoyable. We truly felt very welcome and comfortable here and would definitely recommend this hotel.

When I ask to print out the invoice of 2 nights stay at the check-out desk, the person did not give me any invoice. I do not understand whether this is their regulation or not. I was expecting to receive the invoice for the 2 nights stay as usual. The reception did not even answer to my request on May 31st when she can give or not. If the person did not understand my English, then there should be a person to speak in English at least in the reception for Check-in and Check-out. That's is why I have chosen Sheraton hotel. It was no pleasant morning.

I have to give a huge shout-out to Alisa, the Guest Relations Manager at Hilton Shenyang Shimao! During my recent stay, I wasn't feeling well and had limited mobility, so I reached out to her just to see if she could help. Alisa was incredibly patient, gentle, and attentive throughout. Without a moment's hesitation, she proactively offered to pick up my takeout from the hotel entrance and even delivered it right to my room. Her attention to detail was exceptional! She not only solved my immediate problem but also made me feel incredibly welcome and cared for. Her professionalism and genuine care were truly touching, and I feel so lucky to have experienced such amazing service during the Chinese New Year of the Horse. Next time I'm in Shenyang, I'll definitely choose Hilton Shimao again, and I'll be looking for Alisa!

It is a really good hotel with convenient transportation. It is close to the shopping mall and is very convenient. The facilities in the hotel are very new, especially the spiral staircase. The front desk service is warm. The room area is good and the lighting is good. The bedding in the room is very comfortable and the bed is also wide. The spare parts are all branded. The bathroom is spacious and separated into dry and wet areas, which is very convenient. The sound insulation effect of the room is also very good. The breakfast room is spacious and bright, and you can see green plants by the window, which is very nice. I was very happy to stay here this time. If any friends come to Jinzhou on business in the future, I will definitely recommend Jinzhou New World Hotel.

Our stay at the Swissotel Shenyang was truly excellent. Its location right next to Qingnian Park on Line 2 made it super convenient for getting around with our child. The hotel is across from the park, so we didn't have to go far to enjoy the snow. The front desk staff were all very warm and even helped us carry our luggage up to the room. A special thanks to Eric from concierge for his outstanding service! Eric was incredibly knowledgeable about all the hotel's activities and promotions, explaining everything clearly. The check-in process at the front desk was efficient and quick. Eric genuinely cares about the guest experience; he even made sure to ask about our stay when we checked out and carefully noted our suggestions. His attentive service and humble attitude are truly commendable. With employees like him, the hotel is bound to thrive!

The location is excellent, right downstairs from Zhongshan Square, making it super convenient to get to major attractions and shopping areas whether by subway or taxi. As an older hotel, the rooms and facilities definitely show their age; some areas like the cabinet doors and kettle are a bit old-fashioned, and the style isn't the modern minimalist trend. However, it's not bad at all, and I didn't encounter any of the negative issues mentioned in other reviews. The pros are the spacious room, large wardrobe, big bathroom, and complete amenities, making for a very comfortable stay. Housekeeping was prompt and very clean, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the toiletries were Byredo. They also have robots for delivery, which is cool. The breakfast buffet was particularly noteworthy – it was delicious. The only downsides are that, unlike HUAZHU hotels, there's no free laundry room, and the lighting in the room at night is a bit dim. A special thanks to everyone at the lobby and front desk; their service was excellent. They frequently offered to help me with my belongings or asked if I needed assistance.

This stay far exceeded my expectations! The room was impeccably clean; the bathroom mirror was spotless with no water marks, and the towels were fluffy and odorless. The mattress offered just the right amount of support, and I couldn't hear any corridor noise at night – the soundproofing was perfect. The shower had hot water in 3 seconds with excellent water pressure, and the toiletries had a lovely scent. The most pleasant surprise was the front desk proactively recommending some hidden gem restaurants nearby, which was incredibly thoughtful. The location right next to the business district makes getting around super convenient. Highly recommend!

The Grand Hyatt Shenyang is absolutely fantastic! It's located right in the heart of Youth Street, with direct access to MixC Mall, which is incredibly convenient. The subway is also within walking distance. The spacious rooms feature panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows and a separate wet/dry bathroom with luxury toiletries, making for a super comfortable stay. The high-altitude restaurant offers a diverse selection of delicious food, and Veran's service was warm and efficient. With great transportation and an excellent overall experience, I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Shenyang!
