"Very good. The room is very clean and convenient. There are free coffee drinks. This place is close to the seaside and the scenery is also very good. It takes only ten minutes to walk to the seaside. The sea is really beautiful."

"Since I'm asked to review, I'll give an honest one. I genuinely don't understand how this hotel got such a high rating. Aside from the excellent location (next to Wong supermarket), I can't see what else warrants it. On the first day, I arrived around 10 am and asked the front desk if I could check in if a room was ready. The front desk staff explicitly said it would be an hour, then half an hour, and in the end, I only managed to check in after three or four hours. When I booked, I specifically requested a quiet room. Can you believe they assigned me the only room located between the elevator and the emergency exit staircase? Once in the room, the noise from the air conditioning unit was unbearable. Maintenance came up and said it would make noise for ten minutes every time it was turned off, or I'd have to keep it on constantly. Later, even when it was off, it would make noise intermittently. I couldn't stand it anymore and requested a room change. This went on until 8 or 9 pm (the platform's concierge was very dedicated and kept assisting with communication with the hotel). After changing rooms, I thought I'd finally get a good night's sleep, but the soundproofing in this new room was even worse. I could hear the shower from the upstairs room right above my head – there was no escaping it. Then, on one of the subsequent days, I left in the morning and returned in the afternoon to find my room hadn't been cleaned. I had to call the front desk multiple times just to get some water bottles delivered, even if they wouldn't clean the room. Throughout all these issues, the platform kept communicating and trying to resolve things with the hotel, but the hotel seemed to refuse to acknowledge any wrongdoing. I hope everyone takes this into consideration. Besides the great location, you really don't need to consider staying here for the guest experience."

"We liked our stayat Dazzler which appeared to be a slightly less polished brand of Wyndham - the location near the main Miraflores stretch is good, room was generally clean and the view from the top floor was great for sunset. However, we found that the fridge was not working, no water kettle and bottle opener in the room. When we called to ask for a bottle opener, the staff said there is one in the room but we didn't find any and couldn't get through the line after."

"This location will definitely be my go to when or if I go back to the city I probably try another city only because I like to travel but it was amazing and they had a pool and jacuzzi. With the gym on the roof. The restaurant did different meals for breakfast and when you needed eating utensils they smiled and got what you needed. Also if you asked for ketchup they would make sure you got enough. I’m the pretty sure when the breakfast was done the restaurant became a restaurant with turning on the lights and changing the calm music to more a relaxing soft music. I enjoyed the entire experience. It’s definitely I’m looking forward to in the future!!!"

"This is my second year in a row staying at this hotel for business trips, and I'm quite satisfied with the breakfast, service, and cleanliness. The surrounding area feels very safe; it's a tourist zone and very close to the beach."

"The hotel is located on the edge of San Isidro district and a relatively convenient distance to major parts of Lima (e.g. Miraflores, historic centre, and Airport), taking roughly 30 minutes to 1 hour by Uber. It is in a safe and quiet area within close reach of greenery, restaurants, convenience stores, and cafes. Room and bathroom were clean and well-maintained. However, for a business level hotel that is part of the Hilton brand, the lighting in the rooms are very poor with only bedside and tableside lights. Breakfast buffet was good with decent variety and continued supply of food. Gym was up on the top roof and gave a good view of the city, though it is small and machines are basic. Housekeeping staff were generally very helpful and polite. Receptionists at my check-in / check-out seemed to be grossly unfamiliar with the process and took a long time to get things done, sometimes asking repeated questions. Some of the breakfast staff was also a little less than polite. Overall a fine experience, but a bit less than the standard expected of a business-level hotel such as this."

"Greatly appreciate that they let me check in early. Greatly appreciate that they helped me with my luggage. Hotel had filtered water so I saved on buying bottled water. Hotel had excellent wi-fi. Excellent A/C. Plenty of power outlets Elevator was quick. Breakfast is acceptable. Excellent lighting in the room. Nice hot shower. Quiet area. 10 minute walk to Airport Express bus. 15 minute walk to Malecon or Kennedy park. The area feels safe. Oxxo about a 4 minute walk. Safe in the room."

"Well-located very close to Kennedy Park. Only a short walk from the ocean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had everything you could need. "

"Hotel one block from tourist info center. Where you can also grab the Airport Express bus for 20 soles. Quiet area with lots of restaurants, laundry services on Benavides street and money exchange places as well as ATMs only a short walkaway. Hair dryer available if you ask at front desk. No lock box in the room. Breakfast is good. I think $12 USD. But if you want a light breakfast for less money it is easy to grab breakfast elsewhere. Staff are friendly and helpful."
