The location is very good, but this is the second time I have lived there. There are also washing machines and vending machines and other convenient equipment. Although the facilities are a little old, they are very clean.

The staff is very polite and helpful, the hot springs are very comfortable, there is a family hot spring room for 2 people to soak themselves, the neat environment seems to be very clean. The most problem is my room 1 into a very up smell, should be the room carpet, strong smell really, slept very bad all night, smelled 1 night, have not tried so want to leave the room, suggest fixing the carpet

The location is great, very close to the tram station, making it super convenient for getting around. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly. As always, breakfast is included, which is a fantastic perk that Toyoko Inn consistently provides and definitely deserves praise for.

My two nights here were a perfect escape. The room felt like a retreat into calm. I especially loved the private baths, quiet, serene, and easy to access. From the afternoon tea with a Japanese sweet served in the room to their constant thoughtfulness and gentle smiles, every detail made me feel welcomed and cared for. My stay here will remain one of the most memorable parts of my time in Japan.

This hotel is the perfect destination to choose when travelling in Tottori. It is very close to the Tottori station and there are a lot of onsen choices, local eateries around too. The onsen provided in the hotel is very good and comfortable too. Overall a wonderful stay.

The hotel is located next to Tottori Station, less than 3 minutes from the station and bus stop; it has just celebrated its 50th anniversary and the rooms have been renovated, but the keys are still the same and the soundproofing is so-so; the breakfast food is okay, otherwise you would have to go back to the station for breakfast.

The view of the cherry blossom trees on the riverside in front of the hotel building is beautiful. The room size is consistent with the description, and it is recommended to stay.

Overall, I was satisfied. The parking lot is large enough, and there are two lounge access hours. The hot spring closes at 11:00 PM. Breakfast may require queuing if there are many people, and the elevator may take a long time if there are many people. There are self-service water dispensers on each floor, which is very convenient.

Hotel is quite old style and not enough electric plug for charging. Breakfast is quite good and parking is available. The most unpleasant feeling is warm room setting fixed in the air-con and thus very hot in the room even at night time. The temperature in Yonago in April is 27 degree.
