★★★★ 9.5 (44 reviews)

"The apartment is conveniently located in the centre of Palermo. It is around a 15-20 minute drive to Airport AEP and walking distance to the Palermo Subte station with lots of good cafes and restaurants around. It is also located in a safe area. Everything was cleanly maintained and the apartment was well-equipped with a kitchen. There was a laundry room to use for free in the basement that includes washers and dryers, though they are often occupied so there may be some need to set aside time to wait for a machine to become available. Communications were done on WhatsApp and everything was very clear from start to finish, including instructions for entering the building and the room. Housekeeping services were also communicated through WhatsApp in terms of timing. Check-in and check-out procedures were no frills and very manageable. Overall, given the location and the state of the room (with a quiet balcony), the value of the stay was excellent."

"The location is spectacular, and the hotel is very nice, although it shows some signs of age. Check-out was quite slow. Breakfast is good, with a wide variety of breads and hot dishes; overall, it's quite filling. We can't comment on the other hotel services because we didn't use them."

Palladio Hotel Buenos Aires - MGallery Collection Hotels in Buenos Aires

Palladio Hotel Buenos Aires - MGallery Collection

"I stayed 3 nights in Palladio which is ranking top 5 luxury hotel in Trip.com 1st night: the shower pressure is very low, asked the front desk to fix. And after fixed, the temperature can’t adjust normally. Asked the front desk to fix again, it spend almost 30 mins to fix. It was late, and I needed to get up early next day. Eventually, it’s not not totally fixed but I am too tired to ask again and shower in super hot water 2nd night: they finally fixed the shower, but there is a giant grey dust at the edge of the bathtub; without my glasses, I fist thought is a died rat. (See the picture) 3rd night, they forgot to put the bath map, I am lazy to ask them. The air condition is very loud, I have to turn off to sleep Breakfast is average Staff are friendly but sadly to say I just experienced too many bad things in my room Location is good"

"Good location, the hotel where the president lives, not bad, safe, convenient, there is a Carrefour at the door, and a pharmacy. The lady at the front desk was very attentive. When checking in, I found that the check-out day was the child's birthday, and she wished him a happy birthday. I was very touched!"

"Poor reception upon arrival and no effort to accommodate early check in despite request. Only 2 bottles water available for 10 nights stay. No slippers available. Air-conditioning too cold and unable to control. No assistance during checkout for luggage. Definitely better choices for the price as I booked other hotels for my delegates."

Arc Recoleta Boutique Hotel & Spa

"We stayed 5 nights here. - Room is large and clean - Toiletries are basic - Breakfast is adequate though boring after 3 days because the menu doesnt change - We loved the big balcony (I dried lots of laundry there 😆 ) Arc isnt at the center of busy Recoleta but there are fruit stores, convenience shops and cafeterias and 3 delicious 🔝 rated restos in the vicinity. And we walked from here to everywhere. We walked to the cemetery, the museums and all the way to Palermo Soho, we walked half of Santa Fe, we are a short few stops by Subte to San Telmo, Plaza Mayo etc. Saturdays, the fair next to the cemetery is super big and very fun/relaxing to explore. We loved the Recoleta Mall … its a really nice district to base at No homeless, safe, gentrified district. My photos are all the scenes just around Arc within a 15 min radius"
