A Vacation Paradise at Quail Ridge B&B

"Stayed at the Quail Ridge B&B for one night after a flight from Mexico. Harmina picked us up from the Kelowna airport, which saved us from having to take a taxi, and within five minutes, we were at the B&B. The rooms are spacious and have a big en-suite. The bonus is the breakfast upstairs on the balcony. Harmina and Tony mae us feel welcome during our stay and we will definatly stay there again when we return next year."

"We booked our stay at Chatham House months in advance for our family vacation. We were very excited about the prospect of staying, the location was ideal for our purposes of being in Kelowna. Unfortunately, a few weeks before our arrival, we received an email informing us that the property was “overbooked” and thus was cancelling our reservation. The reason provided for the cancellation was overbooking. This left us in a difficult situation scrambling to find alternative accommodations at the last minute, especially during June - peak season. Finding comparable options was very challenging and resulted in a higher price in a less desirable location. While I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, the late cancellation caused significant stress and inconvenience for our family trip. It would have been much more appreciated if Chatham House had offered some assistance in finding alternative accommodations, especially considering the short notice. Because we were unable to stay at the property, I cannot comment on the rooms, amenities, or staff. However, this experience has unfortunately left us with a negative impression of Chatham House due to the lack of communication and help with the last-minute cancellation. Would not recommend to anyone looking for a reliable and stress-free booking experience."
