The hotel is clean and tidy, and the bathroom has a separate wet and dry area. The cleaning staff are very proactive; they clean every two days or so, or they'll come by around 8-9 AM the morning after your first night to ask if you want a cleanup. Since I was alone, I felt that cleaning every two days was fine, but for a couple, they'd probably clean daily because each room comes with two sets of toiletries, and for one person, the toiletries usually last about two days. I stayed for four days and didn't see any slippers in the room. I didn't ask if the hotel doesn't provide them or if they were just missing, so I just bought a pair from a roadside shop. These are just my personal observations; if you have similar issues or other questions, you should ask the front desk—they'll know more than I do.

I really loved this guesthouse! The rooms were clean, and the service was excellent; everyone was so kind. The cats, Jinli and Caicai, were incredibly well-behaved. The location is super convenient – the subway exit is right there, and Huaqing Palace is across the street. After watching 'The Song of Everlasting Sorrow' at night, it's just a quick walk across the road! The breakfast was delicious, and the lady who made it was so sweet. If I ever get the chance to come back, I'll definitely choose this place again.

The guest rooms perfectly combine Tang culture with modern comfort. The antique-style furniture is elegant and exquisite, and the bedding is soft and skin-friendly. The most delightful surprise, however, was the private natural hot spring bath right in the room. Sourced from the ancient springs at the foot of Mount Li, the water is smooth and rich in various minerals. Enjoying this luxury in a private setting instantly washed away all travel fatigue. At night, gazing at the starry sky from the balcony and listening to the wind in the mountains, it felt as though I could hear echoes of history. The hotel's exclusive 'Jinghong Travel Photography' service was undoubtedly the highlight of this stay. From hair and makeup to clothing, a professional team meticulously created full Tang-style looks for us. The makeup artist's techniques were delicate, and both the hair accessories and makeup aimed to authentically recreate the splendor of the Tang Dynasty. Donning the gorgeous Tang-era Hanfu, we instantly transformed into characters from a painting. Our photographer was not only highly skilled but also deeply knowledgeable about the history and culture of Huaqing Palace. He guided us through pavilions, terraces, and hot spring pools, choosing the best lighting and angles to perfectly blend the beauty of Mount Li with our poses. Whether it was the languid charm of a concubine bathing or the classic elegance of gazing into the distance from a railing, each photo was like a beautiful ancient-style scroll, immortalizing our Tang Dynasty memories. The entire photoshoot was relaxed and enjoyable, and the results far exceeded our expectations. Summary: A dual feast for body, mind, and culture. This is my third visit to Mount Hua, and I once again decisively chose the Shaanxi Geo-building Nanshan Huashan Hot Spring Hotel. The experience was even better than before! It's a direct 1.5-hour drive from Xi'an, and the hotel is surrounded by lush greenery, with air so fresh it's incredibly relaxing. The hot spring room I booked was a wonderful surprise – the private hot spring courtyard was secluded and quiet. Soaking in the hot spring while gazing at the distant mountains made my fatigue vanish instantly. The room facilities were complete, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the toiletries had a subtle, pleasant fragrance, showing quality in every detail. The staff were particularly enthusiastic; they actively helped us with our luggage and even recommended a less-traveled hiking route for Mount Hua, helping us avoid the crowds. For dinner, we ate Shaanxi cuisine at the hotel restaurant. The Gourd Chicken was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, and the Mount Hua wild vegetables were refreshing and delicious. The value for money was excellent. The hotel's location is convenient, and there are also local orchards nearby where you can pick fruit, making it perfect for a leisurely vacation. I've already recommended it to my friends, and it will definitely be my go-to place whenever I visit Mount Hua in the future!

They proactively upgraded our room. The front desk staff saw we had a lot of luggage and offered to help us carry it, which was very kind. The room layout and facilities were excellent, with smart home features throughout, and the bedding was super comfortable! The bed was huge. We also received a small gift upon check-in and were able to add the hotel manager on WeChat. Any issues we had were addressed by the manager directly with super fast responses and prompt resolutions. The entire building is conveniently located very close to tourist attractions.

I went to Yuanjia Village with my friends and kids for a two-day trip on the weekend and stayed at Swisstouches Yuanjia Village. I checked the guide before coming and found that the hotel has hot springs, swimming, and steaming facilities. The kids had a lot of fun just in the hotel. I have to praise the noodle area for breakfast. The clear soup noodles, wontons, and spicy rice noodles are all very special! Special! Good! Delicious!

I have to give a huge shout-out to the service at this hotel! From the moment I stepped in, the staff's gentle smiles and warm enthusiasm made me feel incredibly welcome. They were super responsive to guests' needs, patiently and meticulously helping with everything from luggage storage and arranging taxis to answering all sorts of questions. The room facilities were comprehensive and brand new, and the smart devices were surprisingly easy to use. The hotel also provided many thoughtful small touches, like complimentary drinks and comfortable slippers. Thanks to their attentiveness, my trip became exceptionally relaxing and enjoyable. This was a perfect stay, and I'll definitely be recommending it highly to my friends!

Kirin hot spring hotel is a new hotel located quite close to the entrance to Taibaishan visitor center. We told a didi there in the morning costing about RMB15 and walked back for 30 minutes. The room are big and clean. The staff were very helpful and cheerful too. The most amazing discovery for me is that the restaurant served delicious,fresh and healthy dishes. We ate there every night and it was really enjoyable. The steamed fish was fresh and the size suitable for the two of us. Amazing chef.👍 There were many different types of spa pools out in the open including a heated swimming pool. There were also private spa with heated floor. After the spa, we have some free fruits and drinks inside the spa area. The whole spa were very well staff and clean. The only setback is that the water doesn’t have any smell so I don’t know if it is real hot springs underground water so it could just heated piped water. There were also some ongoing construction activities in this development area. The rooms however were well insulated so little noise if we closed our windows and doors. But overall, we have a really enjoyable 2 nights stay in this new hotel. We would come back next time to this hotel if we visit Taibaishan again which closed the top two stations during our stay due to weather conditions.

The rooms are great, and the hot springs are even better. Highly recommended, definitely worth a visit. The couple's hot spring experience was fantastic: the hot spring area is huge with dozens of pools, and the water temperature is perfect. The breakfast was quite tasty, though the selection wasn't extensive and could use some improvement. On the bright side, the service attitude was excellent.

The hotel has a great location, convenient for finding restaurants and sightseeing. The facilities are complete, the room amenities are sufficient, and the stay is comfortable. Parking is also hassle-free. Comfortable rooms, a thoughtful touch for business trips or work, and a work desk provided. Highly recommended!
