The hotel is quite clean and the rooms are spacious. It's very close to Los Angeles International Airport, and you can get there by shuttle. Overall, I'm quite satisfied. The soundproofing is excellent; you can see planes taking off and landing, but you can barely hear any noise.

The room was OK. I've stayed there before and didn't have a bad impression. But this time, I never expected to be charged nearly $80 for just 12 hours of parking. It's shocking, right? It's the most expensive hotel parking fee in the United States in all these years.

Big room but bare bones. No kettle and they charge 3USD for a bottle of water. No bottles provided! Ridiculous. Toothbrush and toothpaste (out of a packet) were provided only when I asked, and it was also not in the room. The room cost about 200USD and I guess I will stay somewhere cheaper next time. Location was good but there were so many other hotels with shuttle bus too.

It was a nice hotel I enjoyed my stay and the cleanliness was good but could be a little better. The tub was just dirty a bit. And room was not vaccumed. But overall it looked clean and it was nice hotel. Breakfast was great as well it was just American continental breakfast. Mini Muffins, mini bagels, few options of cereals, coffee, tea, juice, sausage, pancakes, French toast, potatoes, scrambled eggs, fruit, yogurt and an omelet you can order and chef makes your eggs however you like. Good customer service it was nice. Great hotel overall especially happy hour time it was great.

The room amenities are quite advanced for an American hotel. You press the floor number on a screen by the elevator, and the rooms themselves are relatively new! The staff service is also excellent; they're proactive in helping out. Check-in and check-out are both convenient and quick. Luggage storage is free of charge. The shuttle bus departs immediately whenever there's a guest. It offers great value for money! I would definitely choose to stay here again next time.

Definitely will be back. I love this hotel so much Room and other facilities are perfect, especially breakfast. It was amazing, served with Western style and plenty of choices Service for breakfast was friendly, really served with kind heart Shuttle bus service is excellent, I am so sad the next day didn't meet the driver who was very helpful , I still owed him a tips, which I plan to pass to him but he didn't show up the next day I feel so sorry The receptionist is always very busy , so it's takes quite a while for check out But overall, I love it Highly recommend

It was remodeled a few years ago, so the facility was clean and the interior was like my favorite green green + rattan + palm trees. The staff were also really friendly and the service was great. Overall, it felt like a lot of attention was paid. The room was also large and clean for the price. The pool was a little smaller than expected, but the vibe was good enough and the location is close to the airport, so it seems like a good choice if you are looking for a hotel near the airport.

Better than I thought, it is a lower-priced hotel in the star hotels around the airport. But it is not much different from the nearby Hilton, and then it is better than the diagonal Four Points. The price of Four Points is actually above this hotel. I used to like to set Four Points because it was close to Budget (maybe 30 meters), but this one was actually 20 meters away from Budget. The room is also relatively large, the same as the hotel name, is a suite. Breakfast is complimentary breakfast, as a free breakfast, in the middle of the lobby on the first floor. I think this hotel is worth staying again.

After collecting your luggage, take the express elevator to the third floor (Departures Level). Exit the building and walk along the curved road called 'World Road' on the Departures Level. Look for the red sign pictured (the image shows the sign at Terminal 3, but you'll find similar signs at almost every terminal entrance). Then, just patiently wait for your hotel's shuttle. ✌🏻 The bus bodies have different hotel logos or names on them, so confirm it's yours before boarding. I had a lot of luggage, and the driver helped me load it onto the bus and arranged it properly. He also helped me unload it when we arrived. I gave him a $2 tip 🙂

The hotel is very clean and sanitary, the breakfast and service are really good. The hotel is small but exquisite. The highway is opposite the hotel, and there are hotels on both sides of the hotel. There are gyms, American fast food restaurants, IKEA supermarkets and other supporting facilities near the hotel. The American breakfast in the hotel is very good, and it is different every day. There is a small swimming pool next to the restaurant. The hotel provides hot water in the gym. The gym is small and exquisite and very warm. The only shortcomings of the hotel are: 1. It is on the highway and very noisy at night. 2. There are windows, but the windows cannot be opened.

This is not a front desk. All check-in procedures have to be completed online and I looked for a room for a while. We assigned a room on the first floor without a balcony, but basically we still have some views. Outside security said there was a free breakfast but we didn't find it and there were no billboards. But in terms of location, close to famous attractions such as the world and Hollywood is not bad.

I expected a little because it said that breakfast was included, but it was too poor. Only a small loaf of bread and cereal came out. Drinks were orange and milk not 100%. The milk was also unsanitary mixed with water falling from the ceiling. My son had a stomach ache from the effects. The employees were kind and taught me a lot about the city.

I stayed for four nights to watch the Dodgers. The location was excellent — close to the stadium and surrounded by many great restaurants and cafés. While the area may not be considered the safest, the hotel and its immediate surroundings were well-lit and felt very comfortable. The room was clean, the gym was fully equipped, and I would definitely like to stay again.

The hotel owner was friendly! And the facilities were better than I expected. The bathroom was cleaned every two days, which was nice. I was a little surprised by the lighting, but there were no bugs and it was usable. However, I saw a cockroach in the common area early in the morning. I think it came in from outside because the front door is right outside... but I haven't seen it since that day. The soundproofing isn't very good. There's not much information, but shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a hair dryer are provided, and I think they provide at least one towel per person. It's not a hotel, but a B&B, so it's worth checking out if you're looking to save money.

I live here because I live near my relatives living in LA. Our stay here was not that good. We got room that was connected to the room next door. Walls were thin, so we can practically hear everything. When doors close in this hotel, you can hear it. Staff were excellent to accommodate to our request to change rooms as it was impossible to sleep there. The next room was fine, still a little noisy but bearable. Hot water didnt work in the second room, staff provided another room key to use the shower. We slept at the other room on our second night as there was a cockroach on the bed of our room. Overall, experience was meh but staff were excellent.

The location was perfect for our needs - close to the studio and walking distance to public transport and a variety of food vendors. The Hotel is basic but clean and well maintained. Very happy trip,  The location of the hotel is very good, the stay is very comfortable, overall very satisfied, watching the sea view from the balcony to see the mountain view , perfect, will come again, highly recommended to stay!
