The hygiene wasn't great, but I only stayed one night so it was acceptable. The location is very convenient, right in the city center. The hotel room lights were too dim, the shower head was too strong and too high, making it impossible to shower. Both the shower gel and shampoo came in sachets.

Ordered 2 nights at Ruby Hotel when I arrived I told them my booking number and that I booked through ********** app. They said that they do not have any collaboration with **********. I then showed them confirmation mail and even contacted ********** customer service and informed them of my situation. I ended up paying twice for 1 day and received no refund nor help from **********. Bad experience
