"The place is amazing , the staff Nion makes you feel right at home after a very long walk. I highly recommend it!"

"This inn was the worst. The front desk greeter was very rude to our group as we checked in. It’s advertised as having ac. It did not. There are no screens on the windows so when we opened them for air, we were eaten up by mosquitos and flies. When we inquired about fans, we were told they were on order. Keys jammed in doors and were very difficult to open. Our shower head was broken and had to be hand-held. Mold was along the walls in the bathroom and several in our group reported broken shower doors that allowed bathrooms to flood when the shower ran. Dinner was fine. The next morning, we woke up to a minimal breakfast and the sole staff member on site very sick. An ambulance arrived to take her to hospital but apparently there was no other staff member on site to check guests out. We left our keys on the front desk and gratefully left. There are plenty of albergues and inns in town. Pick one of those. We are walking the Camino and have stayed in charming, basic inns that provided clean spaces and excellent customer service. This was not one of them."

"Clean but utterly devoid of any decoration or charm. And stuck in a vacant lot full of weeds. The least attractive place I’ve ever stayed. If hell has hotels, they look a lot like this. But as last last resort, when everything in town is full, it will have to do"

"Our room was cute enough! Service at the desk was awesome. However, it’s far from other locations and the restaurant here is absolutely awful. Inedible by all four of my group for several of the dishes. Stick to cheese plates, the lentil soup was great, and the salad. That’s it. The steak was so bad I took only half a bite. The fish was so bad both people took zero bites. And one of them loves eating the fish head. This was really bad. Also not very helpful or good service with dinner. So you are stuck here. We did receive massages and they were good. The site itself is beautiful and a nice reprieve if only you didn’t have to eat here because of its distance from town. We were on camino and stayed here June 2025."

"The best accommodation on the Camino Francés. Everyone was very attentive and friendly. The rooms were very comfortable and cozy. The food was homemade with local products. I recommend the beef stew. The breakfast was very filling. The surroundings were very peaceful, and the hotel was very well-maintained with every detail. Amaral's kindness is particularly noteworthy."

"The location is good, not far away from the village center. The place is clean and the staff is helpful. However, they put too much bund beds in the same room, so a bit crowded and that’s why the locker is not nearby your bed."

"Really nice spot to stay on the Camino. Modern new feel to room with air con and phone charging points. Lovely big shower and nice windows. Spacious common area with light breezy feel. A little out from the town but we got a taxi in for €5 - legs too tired!"

"Lovely little place in the middle of nowhere. Very clean room and comfortable mattress. Lovely service - the hosts made us feel like we were part of their family and made sure we have everything! Unfortunately our experience with the food wasn’t as pleasant though. We had dinner here after a long day on the Camino which has caused us an upset stomach making the next days hike uncomfortable. Soup had no taste at all, the chorizo and chips were too salty and inedible. Would recommend to a stay but not for food!"
