"The front desk was very amateur. No one was there for half a day when I checked in. It took about half an hour to check the Ctrip order, and I still didn't know how many rooms I had booked. There were only boiled eggs for breakfast, which was very unfriendly to Chinese people. The coffee was on the top floor, not in the restaurant. The room was big, but there were no slippers, no tea cups, and only one bath towel in the bathroom. The hotel is very new, but in the village. Not recommended. Facilities: very new, the new room smelled of decoration. Environment: a bit remote Service: almost zero For business travel, not recommended, although it is very cheap."

"I had a great stay, location is on top of a mountain, you could see the cloud close by, the fog is covering the city in the afternoon, the weather like no other, maximum was 26 during the summer being 2500 meter above the sea level, the hotel team are very friendly and having visited all other big hotels I can say this is one of the best service in the city, a little more in price than other hotels however it worth it. Stay there and disconnect from the busy noisy live Loved it and will come again guys for sure every time I visited Abha "

The room I booked online does not have a microwave, and it is not the room in the picture. The good thing is that if there are more children, you can add a mattress for free, which is better in terms of price/performance ratio!"
