"The front desk was very amateur. No one was there for half a day when I checked in. It took about half an hour to check the Ctrip order, and I still didn't know how many rooms I had booked. There were only boiled eggs for breakfast, which was very unfriendly to Chinese people. The coffee was on the top floor, not in the restaurant. The room was big, but there were no slippers, no tea cups, and only one bath towel in the bathroom. The hotel is very new, but in the village. Not recommended. Facilities: very new, the new room smelled of decoration. Environment: a bit remote Service: almost zero For business travel, not recommended, although it is very cheap."

"My stay at Sarwat Park Hotel in Abha was truly memorable. The location in the High City is out of this world, just steps away from great restaurants and cafes, making it the perfect spot to enjoy the area and the lookout. The staff made the experience even better: Mr. Sherif the F&B Manager, Najeeb, Salah (the waiter), Fatimah Aseeri (the concierge), and Hassan Aseeri were all incredibly kind and helpful. A special thanks to Fatimah, she gave me the best advice on where to go and what to visit in Abha. The food at the hotel is also worth mentioning. I especially enjoyed the Tunisian tajine and the beef scallop, both were delicious. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Abha, whether for the amazing location or the outstanding hospitality. 🌟"
