Hyatt Ziva Jardín Tropical Tenerife ★★★★★
"Overall, I'm very satisfied."
Endless Summer Hostel ★★
"After a week we spent we not just improve our surf skills but also had a wonderful time. One of the best hostel with surf camp experience I have ever had. Rooms are super new and the staff were super nice to us. We have a lovely time there. See you next year!"
Sunset Bay Club ★★★
"Been there many times. Allways been good but something happened this time Asked for top floor and we got that but in a building that was being renewaited. Not one flad but almost the whole building. Asked too be moved and was moved last two days and that was ok.the reception from that time did help and did as good as he could. We where thinking , that we where not going too come back but because of him we might. The one that that booked us in was not ok she should have told us about the complex and even offer us another in the beginng. Never find us in the system even if we have been coming there for many years and usely 4-5 times a year. So for first rime in years the score is not 10 its 5."
H10 Costa Adeje Palace ★★★★
GF Fañabe ★★★★
"The hotel is too old, and it's full of elderly people, who don't seem to be very wealthy. They're having a lot of activities by the pool at night, which is very noisy."
Duque Nest Hostel ★★
"Clean, cozy, comfortable. There's a small pool and water coolers."
H10 Gran Tinerfe - Adults Only ★★★★
"The customer service at the reception was really bad no respect at all. Buffet just soso. Facilities are good tbf"
Iberostar Selection Sábila ★★★★★
"Great hotel, exceeded expectations"
Hotel Riu Arecas - Adults Only ★★★★
"My husband and I booked this last minute 10 night holiday here, it was “ on special” with Tui. We arrived late and we were really surprised to find that a cold meal had been prepared and left for us in the restaurant with a bottle of water. It was greatly appreciated. Our room was really lovely, very clean and with a nice unexpected sea view. The hotel is immaculately clean and the gardens and pool areas are kept really well. The main restaurant is very very busy at both breakfast and evening meal. The food is very good, lots of choices and show cooking. The staff are attentive and usually friendly! This hotel is very big with lots of guests but we still found it very quiet and peaceful and relaxing. We got sun beds easily every day despite the early morning rush to reserve the best spots. Our room maid kept our room spotless with little finishing touches which was really nice. There are a lot of steps to climb when you are out and about, but we are an elderly couple and managed ok. There are walks either side of the hotel, our favourite walk was to the right of the hotel to the fishing village, we had an amazing seafood lunch there at La Caleta restaurant. We didn’t sample the evening entertainment in the hotel but it was always busy. There was only one thing that we didn’t like. TUI described the hotel as totally non smoking in all areas. This is simply not true. The smokers have their own stinky designated area and when they all congregate the wafting cigarette smoke is disgusting. There were occasions where people were smoking and vaping around the pool despite the no smoking rule."

Olé Tropical Tenerife Adults Only
"Great staff working at the buffet. Thumbs up to Yani, who took care of our table every day in a very professional and friendly approach, we really loved it. The hotel is well located, walking distance to the beach, party area and Siam Park & Mall. The room was big enough and comfortable, with excellent cleaning service. I read elsewhere the location was noisy, however, this wasn't the case at all on the 3rd floor facing the window (while the party area next to the beach was very busy). Overall, great experience, definitely recommendable."
Vincci Selección la Plantación del Sur
"Nice hotel in general, but service is definitely not on a 5 star level, unfortunately. Only Nespresso coffee for breakfast or forgetting orders which were alread placed are only a few things."

Gran Tacande Wellness & Relax Costa Adeje
"We have been coming to the Tacande for many years, as previous reviews will show. Obviously anywhere will have hiccups but overall we have enjoyed our times here and brought family here too. However in March we totally lost trust in the management. The weather was horrendous for our time here and although management did try to offer internal options everybody was fed up with the experience. No fault of the hotel. However we were happy to rebook based on past times. Then we had a personally addressed letter from the management saying they hoped we had enjoyed our stay and offering us a 5 per cent discount on our next booking. However when we spoke to Reservations, they said they would have to take the issue up with the hotel manager. Reservations asked who had sent us the letter and asked if we would send them a copy. We explained it was from the manager and sent a copy as requested. We were then informed that as "super loyal clients" we already receive a discount on our bookings. This is true - but the offer in the letter was a different matter to us - otherwise why bother to send the letter to us? But management said NO. We would not get the offered 5 per cent. We were astonished but were told that everyone who left got the offer. We have left after a holiday on very many occasions but never had such a letter before. It really is not the money, it is the principal of the thing. A personal offer which is then withdrawn. A question of trust. To add insult to injury, when we said we would therefore cancel the new booking, we were told we would then be charged one night's penalty Our booking was actually a premium rate booking allowing cancellations until near the holiday and that was almost a year away! We obviously refused the charge, pointing out the relevant booking clause. But considering everything are glad we made the right decision. As I said before, a question of trust. Having already booked our flights we look forward to returning to Tenerife but obviously to a different hotel which we have chosen with great care. We look forward to being able to write a happier review on our new hotel next time. Thank you for reading this."
Hotel Suite Villa Maria
"Amazing hotel, spacious rooms, very friendly staff (especially Alicia at breakfast and Salvatore and Oscar in the restaurant) Lots of lovely restaurants. Wouldn't hesitate to come back"
The Villas at Bahia del Duque
"We recently stayed here in Villa 11. This is the most beautiful place we have visited in a long while. Even though we have been to Costa Adeje many times we had never stayed here before. We would highly recommend, it is just an amazing resort. The villa was very private, very comfortable and the best beds and pillows you could ever wish for. We snacks delivered on an afternoon, which I must say was a lovely touch and the food in the restaurants is excellent and the choice is vast. Breakfast at the villas was wonderful, anything you wanted they would cook, thank you. The resort is huge and so beautifully kept and the buggies are a godsend for getting around. Save the best for last, the staff, they cannot do enough for you and are just such lovely people, they really make a difference to your stay. Fingers crossed we will be back again as soon as we can. Thank you all for a wonderful holiday."
Bahia del Duque
"All perfect , the first day did not stay in a room that did not look correct and without problems changed us to another perfect , everything is perfect in this hotel"
Hilton Vacation Club Sunset Harbour Club Tenerife
"Clean comfortable and great location Near to restaurants , beach and shops"
Hotel Malibu Park
"We had an exceptional stay at the Malibu Park Hotel. Our apartment was modern, immaculate, and thoughtfully equipped, providing a comfortable base for our holiday. The atmosphere throughout the complex was peaceful, making it ideal for families or anyone seeking a restful break. Customer service was excellent — friendly, responsive, and eager to help. Our ground floor apartment with a terrace offered quietness with no noise from above, which made a huge difference for our family. The location is fantastic, with easy access to local attractions, shops, and beaches. Overall, a superb experience that exceeded our expectations. We would happily return and highly recommend this accommodation."
Hilton Vacation Club Royal Sunset Beach Club Tenerife
"The hotel is located very close to the Playa Fañabe beach and strip with plenty of restaurants available near by. The apartment we stayed in was clean and spacious with a well equipped kitchen. The rooftop terrace was an added bonus which we did not realise we would have. The pool is an excellent size with a lovely poolside bar and restaurant. We will be back!"
GF Victoria
"Well thought out hotel, easy for children, easy to access. Exceptional food."
Domes Baobab Suites
GF Isabel
"We stayed at GF Isabel in an apartment and overall had a really nice stay. The location is great – easy to walk to shops, restaurants and the beach, which made everything very convenient. The hotel has a lovely family-friendly atmosphere, and there were activities and entertainment for kids, which my daughter really enjoyed. The evening shows were actually really good – much better than we expected – and it was nice to have something to do after dinner without needing to go out. The apartment itself was a good size and practical for a family, although the decor is a little dated in places. That said, everything was clean and worked well. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. After we checked out, we realised we had left a water bottle behind. When we went back to ask, one of the ladies at the hotel was really kind and helped us find it and return it to us, which we really appreciated. Overall, a great choice for families and we would happily stay here again."
Hotel Riu Palace Tenerife
"Our 4th stay, and it certainly won’t be our last. Rooms, pools, bars and restaurants are all superb; the choice and quality at the dinner buffet is wonderful. Sitting outside and watching the sunsets is a real treat. Breakfast is also extensive with everything you could want, though it would be nice to have boiling water in the tea pots. All the staff are so friendly and engaging, but special mention must go to Laura at the Sunshine Bar, she is an absolute superstar. Well done Riu for removing the safe charge, that has been very much appreciated. Looking forward to our next stay at one of our favourite hotels."
