"Together with two other families, we booked our stay several weeks/months in advance in order to secure apartments at your residence. However, upon arrival and during check-in, it seemed as though our reservations had not been expected. After waiting for about half an hour, we were asked if we would consider sharing a single bungalow with the other two families. This was unacceptable, as we had all made separate reservations and naturally expected to receive the apartments we had each booked. After a discussion with the front desk representative, Loubna, we were informed that other guests had extended their stay and that there were therefore no apartments available for us. We were told to wait, which we had to do for over an hour in the lobby with my pregnant wife after a five-hour drive, before finally receiving the keys to apartment 502. Unfortunately, upon using the shower in this apartment, we discovered that water flooded the entire unit and spread across all rooms. I immediately returned to the reception to report the issue, after which Loubna reassigned us to bungalow 2501. The following morning, however, we encountered a severe ant infestation in the toilet. Over the next days, it became apparent that the ants were spreading between the bathroom, the shower room, and even into the hallway."

"I don't understand why this hotel still exists. You are in great danger as a guest. The walls are crumbling, the rooms are full of dust, the swimming pool was closed during our stay, the key card of the room never works, I lost a lot of time by walking to the reception every time. The gym is open, but no equipment works, everything is broken, trashy, dusty. The hotel consists of max 3 staff members. The breakfast sucks, you don't even get fruit. If you call the reception, they push everything to another service that doesn't exist in the hotel. I want my money back!!!"

"It is a very good 4-star hotel, ideally located near the shops and the cornish, which makes it easy to enjoy the surroundings. The hotel is warm and the staff always shows a smile, available and careful to the needs of the clients. The hotel also has a very clean and well-managed large swimming pool, which is propice to relax. The hotel is very comfortable and the only bemol is the price."

"That is literally the worst hotel I have been to on a hygienic level, the manager of the hotel was everything but understanding. The toilets were malfunctioning and they didn’t want to refund us even though we left without passing the night. Not only he refused to pay us back but he also charged us twice! Do yourself a favor and avoid this place absolutely."
