"I was genuinely surprised by the quality; honestly, I don't understand why it's not rated as 5 stars. From the moment of arrival, the experience was flawless. The decor is elegant, modern, and meticulously detailed, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The rooms are beautiful: modern, clean, extremely comfortable, and equipped with everything needed for a perfect stay. I chose a sea-view room, which was magnificent! The amenities are another strong point, from the outdoor and indoor pools to the gym, which completely exceeded my expectations. It's very well-equipped and a pleasant place to work out. Regarding the gastronomy, everything we tried was of excellent quality. You can tell there's care, consistency, and attention to detail. But the true highlight, without a doubt, is the service. It was simply exceptional. From the reception to the restaurant and bar, the entire team demonstrated professionalism, friendliness, and genuine attention that made all the difference. I truly felt welcomed throughout my stay. A very special thank you to João, the bar manager if I'm not mistaken, whose service was impeccable, extremely professional, attentive to detail, and always available. He truly made a difference in our experience. 100 out of 100! And not to forget the rest of the team, a big thank you. It was a memorable experience. Without a doubt, a hotel to return to."

Unbelievably, they made us check out before lunch and then check back in three hours later. This shows a lack of care from the reception or management. We never would have expected this from a hotel where we've stayed before and had good experiences. Ultimately, it's the small details that make all the difference."

"We have been as a family to this superbeautiful apartment very nice beautiful environment fine building and many comforts in house! Parasols for beach with beach.lakens really nice! Washing machine (used) and dishwasher (not used) However, it is a pity that there was water shortage in the area and that we only after continuous apps that it was applicable to the whole area, between now and 10 July 2026, we received a message via Trip of GuestReady what we could do. So from 2 July 2026 no longer-stay water was habituated but not impossible. However, we enjoyed! To the next time and we hope we get a refund as applied with us."
