"AVOID this place. The location is fine and the design of the hotel is elegant. But everything else is disaster. 1) The bed is uncomfortable and too short (I'm just 178cm, but my legs were hanging from the bed) 2) The breakfast totally doesn't worth 20 EUR, smallest breakfast I've seen in 4 star hotel. 3) But the worst part - they've thrown away part of our luggage! We left our belongings after check-out and went to the the castle. But when we have returned it happened that they've thrown away our magnum bottle that we started this morning, covered with special champagne closing cup that were presented to us and was important as a memory. But the new receptionist just have thrown it away (it was rare magnum 2015 from Domaine Huet). But when we asked about it the girl just dissapeared, and we were trying to find her for 15 minutes and nearly were late for train. When she returned with manager she said, "sorry, but we have thrown it away, we can give you that bottle instead" and offered 2019, basic version that is much cheaper and easier to find. Because we didn't have time to argue, we had to leave. Is it normal when hotel can throw away your belongings?"

It's regrettable to have such an unpleasant response from you when I rated your hotel 7 "Good" and not 4 or 5! This rating seems justified to me in relation to the services offered, it is indeed not 5-star comfort as you so rightly point out to me and it is not what I expected since you talk about demanding and even less what I said in the comment since I didn't write anything negative I might have had to return your inappropriate response! It's a shame I kept your address in mind, it's forgotten!"
