"The welcome was fine. The hotel was noisy (you could hear young people laughing from the floor below). I hadn't noticed when booking that the toilets and shower were shared, so I asked for a different room, which obviously cost extra. It was on the 3rd floor with no elevator. When I asked for heating because the room was freezing, they brought up a portable heater! Half the wallpaper was torn off. The cleanliness left much to be desired. It's true that for the price, you get "more or less" what you pay! I made a mistake on this one! If I had seen the room before paying, I would have left, that's for sure, even if it meant losing money."
