"Really terrible, the staff was very rude, the room for four people was tiny, so much so that there wasn't enough space to open our suitcases, and it was ruined and not very clean, so much so that I had red spots on one side of my face, probably due to mites in the pillow. Furthermore, there is no elevator, so we had to climb three floors with our suitcases, simply a nightmare."

"Stayed for two nights for a football match . Rooms are basic , no kettles or tea making. Requested a kettle from reception . We arrived in 35 degree heat rooms are stifling hot . Reception delivered a fan which was noisy . Left bedroom windows open which isn’t ideal as mosquitos . We stayed by the natural pool for half a day . Really disappointed as no bar facility till after 5.00 and there is only a fridge with water and juice . Which you need to leave your room number for what you have had. Noticed few taking water and not putting room numbers on the pad. Breakfast was good enough . No shop near the hotel and you need to plan to buy water as small bottles here are 3.80 euro ."
