"A great option near the airport. I was undecided about which of the nearby hotels would be best, but I chose this one and I liked it. Excellent service, cleanliness, and convenience. It has ample parking. The gardens are very well maintained. The price is fair for what you get, and I will definitely return."

"Advantages: fast wifi, rich breakfast, clean room Disadvantages: poor service, poorly maintained facilities Experience: The hotel has not arranged the pick-up appointment in advance. If there is a need to charge, you can tell us in advance. The front desk phone has been out of service for a long time, and even contacting Ctrip customer service can't solve the problem. After waiting at the airport for more than an hour at night, the final solution was to take a taxi from the airport myself, which cost 350 pesos for 10 kilometers. Summary: My personal experience does not match the Ctrip rating. I don’t know how such a high rating came about. The overall feeling is that it is on the same level as domestic express hotels. The current star rating is the same as that of Crown Plaza. I don’t know how Ctrip rated it."

"Stayed for 2 nights for business and was very happy with the hotel. It is clean and well appointed. Friendly staff, solid breakfast options with local food as well as standard Hampton Inn options. Happy hour every night includes 2 free drinks. Diamond members get an additional drink coupon to be used at any time. Located right next to a small strip mall with dining and shopping options. Very safe to walk. I would stay here again."

The lack of warmth and engagement created an uncomfortable atmosphere, which was unexpected for a brand known for its welcoming environment. The hotel’s location near a shopping plaza was a convenient perk, allowing for easy access to restaurants, grocery stores, and other shops. Additionally, its proximity to the airport, with available airport transfers, was a plus. However, the early morning flight transfer limitation might be a drawback for some travelers. While the hotel's location and amenities are suitable for business travelers, the less-than-welcoming staff experience makes it less appealing for families seeking a warm and inviting stay."
