"I travelled to this hotel as a solo female traveller to celebrate my birthday, and unfortunately my experience was disappointing. Before arriving, I called the reception for directions and explained that due to Nairobi traffic I might arrive after the stated 10:00 p.m. dining closing time. I politely asked if they could keep some food for me. The receptionist was dismissive, repeatedly hung up the phone during our conversation, and only agreed after I had to repeatedly plead with him. When I finally arrived, I discovered that the dining area was actually still open and continued operating well past 10:00 p.m. This made it clear that my request could easily have been accommodated and left me feeling genuinely unwelcome. The first thing the receptionist asked for upon my arrival was payment, without so much as a welcome or any acknowledgment that I had just completed a long journey. As a solo female traveller, I felt I was treated differently and did not feel valued as a guest. I had also informed the hotel in advance about my food allergies, but these were not taken into consideration, which was both disappointing and concerning. On a positive note, the hotel itself is beautiful, the bed was very comfortable, and the receptionist who took over later the next day was professional, welcoming, and courteous. Sadly, the poor customer service at the start of my stay overshadowed what was meant to be a special birthday celebration. I would not return based on this experience. I hope the management invests in customer service training, particularly on treating all guests, including solo female travelers ,with courtesy, respect, and professionalism."

"We visited the place and had talked to somebody earlier and told us there are rooms and food. After getting there, no food super tired from a long journey. The receptionist was super rude( poor customer service). I think a client should be given options. Despite me being a loyal client she didn't care. Of course am not visiting the place anytime."

"This hotel has a lot of potential, but the service really needs significant improvement. We arrived on Monday, which unfortunately seemed to be a day when all the good service was off-duty. There was no bartender available, which meant lost revenue for the hotel, and the bar was noticeably understocked—surprising given that guests were expected. Restaurant service was slow and appeared untrained. To make matters worse, I was served an overcooked burger (I forgot to take a photo). To their credit, they did take it back and redo it. The showers are also in need of a serious upgrade. The only positive experiences were with the receptionist (whose name I unfortunately can’t remember) and Dhilon, who was exceptionally helpful and friendly. Aside from them, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel, as there are many other options at the same price point that offer much better quality and service."

"The place is full of love and life, the manager Lawrence Onyiengo really relates well with the colleagues and guests. A hotelier by nature The environment is clean and serene, The food is made with love and portions generous, How i wish i could tip all who attended to us some more but we will be back soon with friends shout out to Emily, Lawrence, Lillian, the Indian cuisine chef and chef Kevin. I saw some guests being rude to LAWRENCE but he carried himself out with decorum"
