"We visited this place for a one night stay for 4 adults and asked for adjacent rooms, which they graciously offered us. Check in was a breeze and (I forget his name) was so kind and very inviting. The bedrooms were very clean and spacious, adequately stocked with water, tea, coffee, electric kettle, tv, spacious closet, and a sitting area with comfy chairs. The shower had the best and relaxing hot water, the beds were so comfortable and they each had mosquito nets. We had dinner on our arrival, delicious portions of various Kenyan food, yum! Breakfast was just as scrumptious, with all the staff happy to serve and help. There were other groups of people in the facility for team building meetings but we never felt out of place nor did it feel crowded. The grounds were well kept, clean, spacious, peaceful river nearby, wild animals(gazelles, birds, monkeys) to enjoy, don’t forget the beautiful male ostrich and emus. The pool was inviting but we did not swim due to time constraints. We would definitely come back for a longer stay to enjoy the food, scenery and all round Kenyan hospitality at its finest."

"We visited the place and had talked to somebody earlier and told us there are rooms and food. After getting there, no food super tired from a long journey. The receptionist was super rude( poor customer service). I think a client should be given options. Despite me being a loyal client she didn't care. Of course am not visiting the place anytime."

"This hotel has a lot of potential, but the service really needs significant improvement. We arrived on Monday, which unfortunately seemed to be a day when all the good service was off-duty. There was no bartender available, which meant lost revenue for the hotel, and the bar was noticeably understocked—surprising given that guests were expected. Restaurant service was slow and appeared untrained. To make matters worse, I was served an overcooked burger (I forgot to take a photo). To their credit, they did take it back and redo it. The showers are also in need of a serious upgrade. The only positive experiences were with the receptionist (whose name I unfortunately can’t remember) and Dhilon, who was exceptionally helpful and friendly. Aside from them, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel, as there are many other options at the same price point that offer much better quality and service."

Plus horrible wifi & staff had no clue on what was expected of them interms of marketing"
