"They didn't allowed in despite having confirmed booking. Did my confirmed booking via make my trip. Make my trip specifically mentions 'A call is not required to confirm booking'. It still shows confirmed booking on make my trip but is cancelled by Moonstone Hammock. Horrible. The hotel staff connected me with Yash ( sales team) who couldn't give a solution and just made a statement saying 'sorry, the hotel is booked'. They didn't even offer water or were apologetic!"

"We were referred to this place by one of our neighbours. We went here with no expectations, and were pleasantly surprised. The fare included 4 meals per day. Travelled here with a family of 9. We were taken care of right from the time we landed. This place is to the north of Alibag which has its own beach stretch which is almost private. We stayed in the older cottage rooms, these rooms were big which could easily accommodate 4. But rooms are due an upgrade for sure which will make the place even more appealing. There are fully upgraded rooms with a roof-top Pool in the same campus, Passiflora -＞ this is definitely recommended. Food is the highlight, excellent Konkani food. They made sure my mom's special diet needs were fulfilled for each and every meal. Absolutely no complains here, just enjoy the local cuisine. Definitely recommended for families and those looking for a quiet place with a nice beach close by."
