"Early check in was not possible despite prior notification on the arrival day. The reception was not occupied at any time. You had to get a code for a key box in another hotel by phone, but all rooms were then keys available to everyone. Very uncomfortable. The staff at the phone was also very unfriendly. The service was as bad as nowhere else. The rooms were very hot and stiff, ceiling floor rooms without air conditioning. Instead of king-size bed, we had a 1.4m bed. The towels were old and outdoor, in the shower there was fungi. There was no water in the public toilet at the hotel."
