Budva Hotels with balcony

I highly recommend this hotel! 1) Great location: close to the coast and Old Town, 8 minutes from the bus station, and 2 minutes from a large supermarket. 2) The husband and wife owners are incredibly hospitable and speak Russian. 3) Absolutely delicious breakfasts! The food is clearly made with love. 4) Excellent guest care: there's construction near the hotel, but they specifically placed us in a room where it couldn't be seen or heard. 5) Very clean. Overall, if I'm ever in Budva again, I'll definitely choose this hotel.

The location of the hotel is excellent, the ancient city and the parking lot are within 100 meters, and the park is surrounded by excellent walks. It takes only five minutes to walk to Moghlan Beach. The sea is very clear, you can see the fish, and the temperature of 20 degrees does not feel cold. The room was large and clean and well equipped. The breakfast quality is excellent, p7p8, can't finish it at all. The fifth floor overlooks the old town and sea view p4p5. Overall Haojue is very good.

Great location, lots of amenities, such as parking, a pool, and a sauna. A huge selection of different foods for breakfast. There was also a beautiful sea view from the room. On the downside, there was a problem with the shower drain. The water drained slowly, leaving puddles on the floor after showering.

Excellent hotel! The rooms are very cozy and bright. We were celebrating our anniversary, and they left us a lovely congratulatory note. They were very quick to respond to all our requests, even providing an iron and ironing board. The service was excellent, and the hotel clearly looks new. Breakfasts are good; at first, they might seem small, but you can always find something to eat. I particularly loved the croissants! As for the downsides, the shower in the bathroom had a poorly designed slope, so there was always a lot of water left on the floor after showering, but they always cleaned it up.

Çevre ile ilgili işimize bayağı yarayan bilgiler de sundular. Turist vergisini de bizim yerimize ödeyip hallettiler,sağolsunlar. Başka özel işlerimizde de yardımcı oldular sağolsunlar. Hotelin konumu güzel. Old Towna yaklaşık 20-25 dk yürüme mesafesinde. Otobüs istasyonuna 5 dk yürüme mesafesinde. Diğer turistik noktalara giden yerel halk otobüslerinin duraklarına da yakın. Çevresinde bir sürü cafe var. Küçük bir avm ve süpermarketler mevcut. İstediğinizi bulmakta zorlanacağınızı düşünmüyorum. Tekrar yolumuz düşerse tekrar kalırız.

Wonderful hotel! Everything is clean and tidy, and the staff are very friendly and helpful, ready to assist with any questions. The room has a fridge, kettle, hairdryer, safe, air conditioning, and TV. No problems with hot water (just follow the instructions and don't turn off the boiler!). We had a wonderful mountain view from our balcony (room 5, 1st floor). Our room was slightly 'outdated,' but generally clean and tidy – we understood that not all rooms have been renovated yet, as the restaurant and reception area are super well-renovated and designed (our friends also had fully renovated rooms on the -1st floor, which were really beautiful!). If you need a beach towel, they'll give you one at reception. The breakfasts are very tasty and quite varied! The location is also excellent: about a 10-minute walk to the promenade and Old Town, a leisurely 20-minute walk to Mogren 2 beach, and about a 40-minute walk to Becici. There's a bakery, shops, banks, and bus stops near the hotel. All in all, highly recommended!!!

The receptionists are warm and helpful. They always make sure that they can tend to our needs. I was not expecting that the place that I booked is that big and I was delighted. Great views from windows and the balcony. ACs and TVs are working well as expected. There is also a nice swimming pool. The kitchen has enough tools/utensils for cooking and dining. The unit has even laundry! Perfect because I was traveling light. The location is a good walk away from tourist places. Will make you healthy for exercise. This could be a perfect experience if not only for the wifi that is not reachable from our room. The rest were great!

I liked the hotel very much, they organized a meeting at the airport at my request. The room is very clean, cleaning every day. The bed is gorgeous, very comfortable, the pillows are great! I liked everything! I had a superior room with a partial sea view - the balcony has a stunning view of the bay, every morning it was a joy to behold! The room has a coffee maker and tea station, as well as a minibar. Coffee in the morning on the balcony with a beautiful view of the sea is just a fairy tale! The breakfasts are great - everything is very tasty, I especially liked the local cheeses! I will definitely stay at this hotel again if the opportunity arises! Thank you for a pleasant stay!

Windows go to the track, sleep with an open fort is impossible. On the terrace too, do not sit because of the cars. 2. Hearing like under a microscope. It seems that neighbors are sitting in the same room with you. Especially ”lucky” when a hot pair settled in, they had a very turbulent **** all night, and the sound isolation did not save. 3. Renovation from 2nd floor. From morning to late night there are scratch, drilling and doing something. They are interfering not only at night but also at daytime. 4. Nowhere to eat. There is no full table. The journal table is very small and low behind it is uncomfortable to eat. You won't understand on the terrace as there is the same noise of cars. Summary: The apartments are very clean and comfortable if you look only at the picture, but because of the road, repairers and neighbors I have not slept completely. It will only suit those who have beers built into the head, or who plans to come only to stay under the sleep mask.

Booking was easy, the location was good, and so was the price. When I arrived, I couldn't find it for a long time. It turned out I was in the right place, but there was no receptionist or signs. If you don't have a signal, that's a big minus. When I found Wi-Fi, I called WhatsApp and found a place. We checked in earlier than the stated time, everything was great, the room was clean and fresh. I went to take a shower and found someone else's towel in the bathroom. There were two sets of towels on the bed, and another one was hanging on a hook in the bathroom. So, out of three sets, only one was clean. There was also a stain on the bed, a lot of unpleasant details, furniture without handles, a leaky shower, outlets with damaged plastic, and protruding wires. Internet access was important to me, but the Wi-Fi wasn't working. I wrote to the receptionist, but they never fixed it. I thought about staying, but because of the lack of internet, I went elsewhere.
