The food was another highlight, with a wide variety of delicious options that never became repetitive throughout our stay. What truly sets Fortune Durgapur apart is its warm and friendly staff. Everyone was incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable, making the hotel feel like a home away from home. The location is another big advantage, as it's just a short distance from Junction Mall, making it very convenient during our free time. I highly recommend Fortune Durgapur to anyone visiting the city, whether for work or leisure. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay such a memorable one!"

"Peerless Hotel in Durgapur used to be a good place to stay, but the quality and service have deteriorated significantly. The rooms are poorly maintained, the beds are small, and the AC makes more noise than it provides cooling. The charges are far higher than the level of service offered. Breakfast is just okay, but dinner has become quite bad — strange food combinations, limited buffet spread, and a menu that makes little sense. You’ll often find plain rice, dal, and a basic veg fry served alongside Chinese fish or chicken, which feels odd and unplanned. If the hotel is hosting a wedding, their entire attention shifts to the wedding guests, and regular guests are barely cared for. The rooms feel stingy and very basic, yet the pricing is on the higher side. Overall, the experience no longer justifies the cost, and the hotel needs serious improvement."
