"We just left the hotel 20 minutes ago and I really wanted to leave a deserving review less I forget. We stopped over randomly , my husband found the place on Google. Let me start with the best part we didn't expect; THE FOOD! Some of the best foods I have ever had in Italy and I have been here four years and me and my husband travel all over Italy. The chef is amazing! Love, loved everything. The fish dish, the meat, the pastas. Out of this world. The staff at the hotel were so warm and welcoming.  They really made us feel at home the entire 3 nights we spent.. The breakfast was very sufficient with lots of options salty and sweet. I had a 3 year old and 3 months old who cries everytime he wants to sleep but I never felt too much tension. There is plenty of space to move around in the beautiful grounds. The pool was super clean and there were almost no one , so me and my family had a wonderful time. The rooms were clean and the beds very comfortable. I loved the Huge bathroom sink we had as I could easily bathe the 3 month old in it.  Lots of AC making it super cool in the heat. Overall,  we will be recommending this place to all our friends and plan to definitely come back on future, even if just for the food since it is about 2 hours more or less from where we live. "

"Our stay at Borgotufi Albergo Diffuso was an absolute nightmare. We stayed for four nights, and I can't express enough how disappointed we were with the entire experience. Firstly, the hotel failed to inform us about a wedding party that took place during our stay. The noise was unbearable, lasting until 12:30 am. This level of disturbance is completely unacceptable, especially for a place that advertises itself as a peaceful retreat. The breakfast was mediocre at best. While the wedding guests were present, there were flies all over the cheese and prosciutto. It was disgusting. Once the wedding party left, the situation went from bad to worse. There was virtually no breakfast available, and when we asked the lady at the reception (the one with black hair) for something cooked, she bluntly told us that we couldn't have anything because the chef wasn't there. This level of unprofessionalism is astounding. However, I must acknowledge that the cleaning staff is fantastic. They worked hard to keep the room clean. Unfortunately, the reception staff is very unfriendly and unwelcoming. To top it off, this place is grossly overpriced. We felt completely ripped off for what we received. There are much better options in the area. We discovered a lovely homestay nearby that is quiet, comfortable, and more than half the price of this so-called hotel. Save your money and your sanity. Do not stay at Borgotufi Albergo Diffuso. Look for other accommodations in the area; you’ll be much happier with your choice."
