"Location is great. Just a bit more than 3 hours ride through NLEX and EDSA from Manila. Clear beach. Conservation center with small sea turtles is just 50 meters anway from the resort. Attentive service. It was a big pleasure to talk with owner - great personality and she really cares of clients experience. She is one of them the reasons why we want to stay in Bayandati again and see the improvements. Resort accepts all types of payment. Why only 4/5? I would say it’s 3.75/5. - Restaurant and all the resort activities are too pricy even comparing with BGC and Makati. High basic price+ 12% fee+5% charge. - Prices in menu in restaurant’s menu and in rooms are different. When you make an order from room you don’t know the real final price. - Traveling with an infant is a big challenge because of the noise from neighboring resorts (karaoke at any time) and ground surface is not for stroller. Our baby was all the time on our hands. - breakfast: 1. resort is very close to the sea and there are many sailors, but there is no seafood on breakfast, just sausages and adobo or tocino. 2. You have a coffee, but no dessert. Even no cookie."

Miami Heat Beach Resort

"Beautiful complex, right on the beach, but poorly maintained and falling apart. Several beautiful pools, rarely maintained. With a little concentrated effort, it could be great. The prices of the non-"standard rooms" are much too high for what it is and what it offers. Cleanliness has a lot of room for improvement. On the other hand, the room cleaners are extremely loud from 6 a.m. onwards, shouting, laughing and slamming doors. They don't seem to be aware that there are guests who might still want to sleep at this time and they work very minimalistically, only doing what they have to and what they are told. Cleaning technology inadequate and accordingly a lot of things are not cleaned, dirty, "sewer" stench in the rooms. Some rooms are nice, some with a great view, others very poor, often without windows. Staff generally friendly, with a few exceptions. Kitchen open until 7 p.m. The food is one-sided and too expensive for what it is and prepared quite greasy. No fruit, no desserts, limited menu. No TV, no internet in the rooms, only outside, of average quality. No wheelchair access, parking space too small, access road difficult to access and "natural", generator did not work during power outages and power outages are apparently quite common. Unfortunately, many of the reviews on the various platforms are correct and despite assurances, there does not seem to be any improvement in sight because of a lack of interest. It's a shame, because it is actually a very nice complex, or it used to be."
