The waiter who met us at the entrance merely asked for our room number; however, after being led to our table, the waiter was rather rude in telling us that our breakfast was not included in the hotel charges... if we had a choice, we could have just left the place! Anyway, the food was not really that good.☹️"

"Staff service is very good they communicate very well with guest. The room and toilet is clean but when you take to shower the water over flows to the toilet, making the toilet wet. Bidet handle is detached/ moving not stable, cobwebs in every corners ,the secret garden pool full of fallen leaves looking very unpleasant to swim in I get disappointed by little things i’m sorry but little things matters. I hope they will improve their service next time we vist"

"we asked the front Desk staff to make a new entry on the SALACIA HOTEL on line page, to avoid the Taxi, leading to the address, keep 40 min to an hour , finding his way,, because the access is only possible by car, on the other side of MOUNTAIN. Sampaguita : IMPORTANT NOTE : To reach SALACIA HOTEL, the Taxi has to follow SAMPAGUITA instead of the shown address of LOCLOC then , you walk with your luggage, 150 m, to the SALACIA beach front Hotel... I have spent an extra 1000 Peso PH, because of wrong routing.... Thank you to report to MA GROUP and to Managers"

"I was not happy with the service. I requested a specific room- this is the only reason I booked because of the view of this room. Even after the hotel reservation has confirmed that they reserved the room for me. When we checked in- they gave it to some one else. They did give us a higher category room, still- it wasn’t what we wanted or what they promised. Another unfortunate incident was when we wanted to swim in the pool, but the staff said that we cannot that day because it’s being cleaned- they said that it will be done the next day. So we changed our it weary to fit in our swim the next day. However, when we arrived the next day, maintenance hasn’t finished. It’s funny that they offered us a late check out to compensate, we declined because without the pool, there is nothing else to do there! Our vacation didn’t feel like a vacation because of all these hiccups. Not returning ever."

"Overall Pathetic experience. The value for money isn’t there at all. We’ve been going to Anilao for 7 years and decided to stay in C. Netanya after all the fuss about it being little Santorini. Little did we know, that the place will be shambles. It looks old, rooms are not fresh at all, Aircon doesn’t work properly and intercom are also bad. Now the food was even worse. We found a fly in our servicing and really there was nothing much the restaurant had to offer, other than their “apologies”. Nonetheless, the next day we just wanted to get out of that pathetic place, but we has to wait another 20 mins just for the staff to assess whether their shambles of a room is “fine”. Spare yourself from fake Santorini and save the money. Stay somewhere else in Anilao, or go buy a nice dinner somewhere in Makati, but don’t go to this place."

"Rooms are quite nice but some guests from other rooms are very noisy and chaotic until midnight, already reported it to their front office but didn’t receive any response. Breakfast at terraza’s was average, some waiters are not attentive, serving food without utensils. Took so long when asked for extra plate and utensils. Pool was nice though, they also have some pop up stores nearby."

"Our stay was generally okay, but we were a bit disappointed with some of the facilities. The hotel advertised a heated swimming pool; however, we attempted to use it twice, once on the first day and again on the second day, but the water was still cold on both occasions. Additionally, the breakfast selection was quite limited and did not offer much variety. We also noticed that the linens and towels did not appear as clean and white as expected, which affected our overall impression of the hotel's cleanliness standards. Overall, while our stay was satisfactory, there are several areas that could be improved to enhance the guest experience."

The beautiful beachfront setting, combined with the elegant yet relaxed design of the resort, made it easy for us to unwind and enjoy each other’s company. Whether we were walking by the shore or relaxing by the pool, everything felt peaceful and well thought out. The food was definitely a highlight of our stay. Every meal felt comforting and satisfying, with dishes that were flavorful and nicely presented. There was a good variety to choose from, which made dining enjoyable for everyone in the family. It felt like every meal added to the overall comfort of our vacation. What made our experience even more special was the staff. They were genuinely friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Their warm approach made us feel at home and well taken care of. Overall, our time at Acuatico was relaxing, enjoyable, and filled with great memories we’ll gladly look back on."
