"A very nice residence located in the center of Batna, slightly set back, so very quiet day and night. The staff are courteous and welcoming, and the breakfast is simple but good. The hotel is very clean, the rooms are quite basic, but they have the essentials. However, I did notice a few imperfections: a broken toilet flush, a leaking shower head, and some peeling paint in a few places. Otherwise, I had a good stay."

"I was shocked by the receptionist guy he was so rude not professional, he treated me as if i'm sl** asking me if someone else is coming to spend the night with me??? . I called the reception so many times no answer, once they finally answer after hours he was screaming at me and he told me if u need something use your feet to come down to take it he even used bad words. Really made me upset, just cuz i was complaining of non answered calls Btw it was an emergency. Never going back to this place ."

"​ I recently stayed at Hotel Chaker in Batna and my experience was extremely disappointing, mainly because of a completely inefficient central heating problem. ​ Despite the cold canard that was outside (and unfortunately also inside the room), heating was hardly functioning. ​ The most regrettable is the exorbitant price paid for this benefit: 11,000 DA per night. For such a price, you are entitled to wait for a minimum of comfort, including a functional heating in a cold period. ​ Furthermore, the service proved poor. Although the problem was reported, absolutely nothing was done to remedy it during our stay. This is a flagrant lack of consideration from the hotel."
