"The staff were very patient. When we checked in and found the heating wasn't working properly, the front desk immediately arranged for staff to help us move our luggage and change rooms. Furthermore, breakfast was available à la carte without extra charge. It's a hotel worth recommending."

"Stayed for one night en route to Morocco. Plenty of secure parking ( and no restrictions on when the barriers are open etc so you can leave early etc). Really friendly, helpful lady (Lidia) on reception who helped us check in esdily. Great room plus fab very early buffet breakfast- we were leaving early and weee allowed to take fruit etc with us. Fab."

"Everything at the hotel was great, especially the staff, who were warm and friendly and remembered guests' names, making us feel right at home. The restaurant was also excellent; both the food and service were a plus. It's not far from the old town (except for the churches and castles, of course), but the old town isn't worth exploring (old towns in Spain are all the same). It's better to spend your time at the hotel; the beach is just across the street, and the street has a similar feel to the Promenade des Anglais in Nice, France."

"Great location near the train station. Lots of cafes and shops. The hotel has no restaurant but that's not a problem with all of the choices nearby. The rooms are basic but clean and the bed was very comfortable.They also offer reasonably priced early check in and late check out. Excellent budget choice."

"Lovely place! Walkable distance to the train station - good for us using that to go to other cities to explore. A little far from the city center though but it’s only 20 mins walk max. Clean and spacious room. Really recommended to stay. Exactly as the pics showed in their website. Gym room on the other hand is quite limited - but you still have free weights!"

"From the moment you walk into the hotel, it feels as though you've entered the Alhambra itself. The architecture of this Iberostar is truly stunning: Arabic-inspired, colorful, with high-quality materials. The reception area is nothing short of majestic, with marble tiles, flowing fountains, wooden ceilings, and other details that leave a lasting impression. I booked a side sea view room for my parents, and they were given probably the best possible one: located on the 5th floor at the far end of the hotel. The view was far beyond “partial”: they could admire the sea, lush gardens, outdoor pool, and all the hotel terraces all at once. As for me, I made two separate bookings for a three-night stay. Since the same room wasn’t available for all nights, I was upgraded to a superior apartment, an unexpected and much-appreciated gesture. We opted for half-board, and the food was outstanding in both quality and variety. From fresh seafood to superfoods like chia seeds, the buffet offered something for every taste. This hotel truly stands out among the 4* properties we've been to across Europe and the world. The outdoor pool is impressively large, with plenty of sunbeds available. The entire property was immaculately clean, and the green spaces were greatly maintained. Parking was hassle-free, with numerous free spots available both in front and along the sides of the hotel. Another plus: water fountains are placed throughout the hotel, allowing guests to enjoy cold water at any time. Just across the street, you'll find a variety of shops, making it easy to pick up anything you need. Lastly, a mention to the entire hotel staff - from reception to restaurant service - who were consistently professional and kind."

"The hotel is a little far from the city center, but the beach is just downstairs and across the road, and you can see the sea from the hotel window. It takes less than ten minutes to get to the airport by taxi. The room is clean and tidy, but a little small."

"The hotel is nice, far from the city center, but there are buses that take 40 minutes to get there. If you are not in a hurry, you can consider it. Malaga Atlas is only 6 stops away, so it is also convenient for shopping."

"The facilities are too old, and it is on the plane's take-off channel, a bit noisy at night. Not very recommended. This Parador seems to be a hotel group, not very good in Spain. Mainly for vacation and leisure, but very old."
