"Dani was incredibly welcoming; she even pulled out two packets of Sam's radish chips for us to try. She has two Bernese Mountain Dogs, and I specifically booked this place because of them – they're absolutely adorable! The rooms were charmingly decorated, neatly arranged, typical of Swiss guesthouses. The building itself is a bit old, but very well maintained. The rooftop rooms offer a stunning view of the entire lake, and the terrace is a great spot for stargazing at night. Breakfast can be ordered according to our wake-up time, perfect for a relaxed stay. I'd definitely stay here again next time!"

"The room was very satisfactory. We booked a triple room on the top floor with a bed for each person. It also had a fully equipped kitchen and a small refrigerator. Vlad was very enthusiastic. We discussed in advance to store our luggage to go to the first mountain, which was very convenient for us. The hotel window can directly see the snow-capped mountains opposite. The weather is good and the view is better when you go out in the morning. He also provided us with a lot of travel guides, which was very good compared to the recommendations on Xiaohongshu. "The hotel environment is lovely and very pretty. My room even had a small balcony, and the cleanliness was excellent. One thing to note is that you absolutely must take your key card with you when you leave the room after checking in. The front desk isn't always staffed, and if there's no one at the front desk and no one else is entering or exiting, you might not be able to get back in through the main entrance."

"We were looking forward to stay in this hotel for relaxation and nice view, however, the cleanliness was very disappointing! Hairs could be found on bed, bath towel with dirt inside, and the shower place also with hairs! We felt so disgusting about this. Besides, they provide microwave and stove for simple cooking but not providing any kitchenware for using.. so are they expecting us to carry our own dishes and bowls to their hotel? I think the hotel doesn’t worth this price. If it’s a low price hotel it would be more acceptable . But provided that its around 300 CFH per night I think we deserve a better and cleaner room."

"Great mountain hotel. I always like coming back. The price-performance ratio is right. The team that works in the restaurant and hotel is very friendly and motivated. The view and the peace in the evening is amazing. Lots of opportunities for leisure activities such as hiking, sledding, biking, skiing, ski touring, snowshoeing, paragliding. I think it's just great up here. The restaurant is simply but invitingly furnished. There is both a serviced area and self-service. There are deckchairs available on the sun terrace."

"The hotel is in a perfect location. It's quiet, cool, and peaceful. The air is spotlessly clean. The owner, Mr. Vlad, is a man who loves his job. Upon arrival, he spent about an hour informing us about Interlaken and the surrounding area. He made a list of things to do. He's a candidate for honorary tourism ambassador 😊 He told us to call him if you need anything. I didn't see him upon checkout, but I'll thank him again. The room was large enough, but the bathroom and toilet were a bit out of place. The balcony was great for enjoying the view and breathing. We had no problems with the cleanliness of the equipment. Parking was helpful. If you bring something to cook or heat up, you can cook and eat it in your room. You can also take the bus to Interlaken and back. In short, I highly recommend the hotel. We were very pleased."
